Positioned in the Richmond Raceway precinct, this neatly presented home looks directly out over the lovely parklands. The Park has kids play equipment, BBQ's and entertaining areas.

With a spacious 154sqm of internal living, this home has a quality feel and flowing floor plan that makes you feel 'right at home' as soon as you enter and all the furniture and appliances are new.

On the ground floor is a spacious open plan living area and lounge room with a parkland outlook. There is also a Formal Dining Room, Informal Dining Room and kitchen area that connect through sliding doors to a tidy paved garden the perfect all-year-round outdoor entertaining area.

The rear of the house has a little garden, BBQ and large secure garage that is accessed by a rear private road.

As well as the Lock up garage, there is lots of on street parking bays.

Lovey house with all the essentials needed. Location is in a residential area with a great playground for kids across the road. Supermarket, coffee shops etc within walking distance and the centre of town is a short drive away.
