– No, we’ll make sure there’s someone to meet you at the property when you arrive. Please note that for out of work hour's check-ins, when our office is closed, there is a charge of £60, which you can pay for on our website.

– If your arrival time has changed, please just make sure you let us know via phone or email so we can be at the property at your new arrival time.

Cheap and cheerful, walking distance to UCL and Soho. The location is great for accessing points in central London. Also two great finds down the block: The Bonnie Gull for seafood and Kin Cafe for coffee, fresh juices, as well as fantastic breakfast our last morning. We also appreciated the professionalism of the property management company agent who met us on arrival. That said, this was not the place for us. The lofted bed is extremely tight, with barely enough space to sit up without bumping the ceiling. We also were disappointed to find there was no table that we could use either for eating or as a desk for work, being on a business trip. We were just in town for a few days, so these were relatively minor hassles, but we would not want to stay here again for any extended period. Otherwise, the apartment was very clean and as advertised, so we would still recommend, with the above caveats.

The location was very good, close to all the sights, in a quiet area. The bedroom was terrible. Because of its low ceiling, sleeping there was like being in a crypt. You had to climb the badly designed stairs, and then crawl into the space fit for dwarves, not for adults. We were lucky that we left before the weather got hot. It would have been impossible to sleep there then. I asked the person who let us in about turning the heatig off since the outdoor temperature hovered around 21 degrees Celsius (72 F), but was told the radiators were set to come on and that was it. The apartment has no table, except a tiny glass one that is big enough for one person's coffee cup, not for eating a meal. We ate out and didn't cook, but if someone wants to cook, the kitchen is poorly equipped for that. It has an induction stove where on can place one pot at a time, a water heater called a kettle, a large pot, and a large pan, too big if you want to cook for only two people. The photos of the apartment were taken at such an angle that the place seemed much bigger than it is. How many guests care about the porcelain knickknacks on the mantle piece which are so prominently exposed? I suspect most would rather have a well-equipped livable space.

Great location and value. Good access to transportation. By having a loft area there is room for all of your suitcases and belongings. If you get claustrophobic in small spaces then the loft bedroom won't be for you. The ceiling is only about 3 feet tall.

This apartment is fantastic- immaculate, well decorated, and within walking distance of all of londons best sight- I can't recommend this place enough- terrific value and location!!!

Highly recommend! Great location in the center of the city but still on a residential side street. Very clean and comfortable apartment. We had a great stay.

Home is clean and very centrally located. Unfortunately I did find the service from the management company to be a bit impersonal. I was treated like they were doing me a favor. Good place to stay but you can defiantly find better accommodations in London.
