**PLEASE READ*the entire condo complex has been under repairs due to Hurricane Harvey (category 4) damage. My unit is completely REDONE on the inside, just that the OUTDOOR complex, (fences surrounding property, front gate, elevator in other building) are under repairs so you will see some areas under construction. (FYI: construction hrs are 9am-4pm ONLY). As I mentioned before MY condo is completely ready and the 2 outdoor pools are working for your enjoyment! Water views from angled balcony!

Condo, private gated key for beach access, angled balcony, kitchenette with a KEURIG & with stainless steel appliances with all amenities, towels, pillows and bedding provided, 2 BEACH CHAIRS & UMBRELLA, sleeps 4, has picnic tables & bar b q areas, 2 pools (1 heated), basic cable, private wifi, night security, keyless pad for easy entry to condo, gated covered parking, near tourist attractions (USS lexington, Texas State Aquarium, Popular restaurants & bars within walking distance. Hurricane alley waterpark, Brewster street icehouse & hooks whataburger baseball field are a 5 min drive to downtown Corpus. Coin operated laundry on each floor, NON-SMOKING unit ( condo smoke detectors are VERY sensitive and you will be fined if you set off detectors in building due to smoking) & NO pets! ( per condo regulations) **$30 fee charge @ check in from the front office.** (Non refundable charge from office for Key pass to front gates/pool area and car permit)** Short or long term rental available! (Long term rental requires a $200 deposit.)

Can be contacted through text, email or phone for any questions or concerns. Front office is open daily. Can meet in front office (at time of check in) if customer prefers. Normally, I'm not on site , but available. Keyless entry to condo, (has a keypad which code is changed with every reservation for your safety! ) helps with the late night arrivals too . Please just remember when you arrive to check in go to the front desk to register your vehicle and ALL adults need a picture ID....

**IMPORTANT** When you arrive for check in at the front desk, ALL adults need picture ID. $30.00 non refundable fee for gate and parking pass charged by the condiumnum. (Sorry, that fee is out of my control) Please go register at office to get gate passes and car permit. Condo is located in building #2, (first building you see then u come in through the front gate. Unit is a corner one, very private, no unit under you, the covered parking is beneath you, and only one neighbor to the side). ****I will normally text/email or contact you through the airbnb app (after housekeeping leaves) with the NEW condo front door code to get in. (Which is changed after each booking for your safety!)***
Absolutely NO smoking, (fire detecters are sensative) and no pets (as per condo rules)..quiet time is at 10:00pm, security on site.
