Our guest house is completely separate with its own driveway, lots of trees overlooking the swimming pool. We like to just sit on the patio and listen to the birds and relax. We've updated everything and feel this is the perfect get away. This unit does not come with a full kitchen, however, we do have a full kitchen sink, portable cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and basic utensils etc. The refrigerator is for cold drinks and some other small items.

This is a detached pool house located at the NE side of the property. It has it's own parking and completely separated entrance.

Otros aspectos destacables
The heater and the AC are the same unit. The remote will have a heat or AC mode then select temperature. Please don't force the key to lock the door as they do break when forced.
