At this moment, R.N.C.Y. does not provide daily house-keeping in the meantime as the process is currently being taken into discussion over details in order to assure a guaranteed cleanliness during your stay. However, unit will be done up well to receive your arrival, no extra services would be needed for the maintaining/upkeep of common areas necessary after your usage.

For maintenance issues we can be contacted through email and phone and other social media apps. Unless ONLY for emergency matters, our customer service hotline will also be provided. - we seek your understanding we do not provide service and it is just a bonus and value added as a good will, we hope you will not abuse the customer service hotline.
Cleaning fee - SGD$30 will be applicable for each stay.
1.Do note that early check-in and late check-out can be arranged without charges however, it will be subjected to availability. Guest are required to give due notice to the host should they require early check-in or late check-out.
