A 62 sq.m flat in the hippest area of Oslo. Grünerløkka was gentrified in the 80's and is now a vibrant place packed with cool cafes, restaurants, bars and boutique shops. The backside to the gentrification process, was that people with lower socio-economic status was pushed out. Now the area hosts mostly students, young singles and small families, as well as the occasional hipster. 3 min walk to the trams that take you to the city centre in less than 10min, or you can walk in about 20min.
