I am offering you a bright, sun-drenched and airy room, situated in a beautiful old townhouse built in 1912. With great attention to detail I have transformed this lovely appartment into an urban hideaway from the noise of the city, offering you a relaxing stay only 15 minutes away from the inner city of Vienna. Your room is furnished with a king size bed and a cozy sofa with a view to the chestnut tree in the quiet inner courtyard of the building. Your room has its own TV, dinner table for four and a seperate working desk.
My apartment offers you a high level of privacy. Its luminous and modern bathroom is equipped with a seperate shower, a large sink, a large mirror and seperate toilet. The bathtub invites you to relax after a long day in the city.
If you feel you are interested in preparing a famous Austrian dish, or any other, you will be happy to find everything you need in my fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Feel free to use the collection of cooking books if you feel comfortable working your way through German instructions (I will be happy to help you with that) :)
Situated to the inner courtyard of an old townhouse, the apartment offers you an extraordinary quiet and calming stay, yet your room is located in the middle of the city.
You can enjoy a good night's sleep while having the windows opened, which again underlines the uniqueness of my apartment as it offers you a stay in the very center of Vienna without the hassle and noise of a big city.
Furthermore, you would have access to a quiet private garden in the backyard, which is only accessable for tenants of our house.
The tramway station of the lines 2, 5 and 33 is located DIRECTLY in front of the building and various shopping facilities, including two supermarkets and drugstores are only a stone's throw away. You will also find restaurants and little shops in striking distance.
If you are interested in exploring beautiful Vienna, the famous "Theater in der Josefstadt" is only a five-minute walk away, the extraordinary townhall of Vienna is another 10 minute-walk just down "Josefstädter Strasse" and the Austrian parliament would be about 15 minutes to walk.
I am 25 and I work as a designer and illustrator. Since I don't like to stay in impersonal hotel chains myself, I would love to be your host. I will be happy to assist you with your stay in Vienna, and if you want to have recommendations for going out, museums and restaurants, feel free to ask me at anytime.
