1 - GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
For rent is a private guest house / apartment in a residential building.
The House Rules and Regulations apply and must be followed at all times.

La casa está muy bien situada, muy cerca de Alexanderplatz y también de una estación de metro. Es luminosa, amplia y muy agradable. Está muy bien acondicionada tanto con las ventanas dobles como con la calefacción. Es perfecta para ir a pasar unos días con familia o con amigos. El apartamento está muy bien situado, es muy amplio, muy cómodo. Tiene luz y no hay ruidos. Están muy bien las habitaciones y el comedor. Tanto el baño grande como el pequeño y la cocina están correctos. Quizá le falta actualizar los útiles de la cocina. Muy buena atención por parte del anfitrión.

Great location !! Close to bars restaurants and plenty of bus and train stops. Hot water runs out though and some of the amenities could be upgraded but otherwise a beautiful space

This is a great place. If you are not familiar with Berlin I recommend getting a bike tour from the nearby Fat Tire Tours on your first full day (if the weather is good). It will help you feel well-oriented for the rest of the time.

The apartment is in a great location and was comfortable for our stay. There was however a strong odor from the trash stored in the courtyard which made getting in and out of the apartment through the stairwell a very unpleasant experience.
