Located In the countryside yet very close to Canterbury , University & Whitstable. Just off the 'Crab and Winkle' cycle path. Secluded , with its own access and a private patio overlooking the woods. A great place to unwind but also a place convenient for all of Canterbury's many attractions. This room is self contained and breakfast is left for you in the kitchen.Self service.The breakfast is as listed; tea or coffee, orange juice, toast and butter and two types of jam, yogurt and some fruit.
We have have a brand new en suite room. The bathroom has a bath and shower. There is also a kitchenette for guest's exclusive use. Breakfast will be left here for you.The room has a kingsized bed, a desk , a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. A large tv. Also available is a fold out guest bed for a 3rd guest. There is underfloor heating and a mechanical ventilation heat recovery system. The house is brand new and quite modern.

The guests will obviously have their own rooms with coffee making facilities. This listing has it's own kitchenette,outside access and patio, facing a woodland. There is a large garden with various sitting areas.
Guest will also have access to the laundry room with washing and drying machines on request.

My husband and Iive at Hazelwood House with our Spaniel, Wallace. I am French/Brazilian but have lived in the UK for many many years.
I am fluent in French and Portuguese and I can get by in Spanish, Italian and German.
I used to teach French and Colin worked in IT. We are currently thinking about changing careers and have recently built our new house.
I love cooking and baking. We like to go for long country walks.) We love to travel especially to places with historical interest, our last holiday was in in Southern Sicily, Syracuse and Agrigento. We also enjoy skiing . We have just returned from a skiing holiday.
Canterbury has many good restaurants and pubs which we enjoy . We would be delighted to share our knowledge of the area with you. You can walk to Canterbury in 30 minutes on footpaths. We are very close to the 'Crab and Winkle ' cycle path.
We are also near the coast, Whitstable is only 10 minutes by car.
Further along the coast is Margate, the Turner contemporary museum is there, Broadstairs, Sandwich and Deal are also worth a visit.
We are only 56 minutes from London on the High speed train.
