The 2-bedroom unit is 78 sqm big, very spacious, with a huge, full-side balcony perfect for a wide panoramic view of the metro skyline.
The modern-minimalist unit and building, with its tropical landscaping and grand central atrium, are uniquely designed so that its well-lit and well-ventilated naturally.
Strategically located in Manila, very close by Makati, Ortigas, Mandaluyong, and San Juan. Educational and medical institutions as well as commercial establishments are few meters away.
Master planned for space and tropical landscaping around and within the property, guests enjoy the feeling of serenity and openness that the unit brings -- qualities uncommon in today's cramped and chaotic living spaces.
The unit features a long balcony, accessed from both living room and master bedroom, where guests get to enjoy spectacular view of the Metro skyline. Guests can also view in each part of the unit as all rooms have large windows.
All bedrooms have a double-sized bed ideal for up to 1 adult and 1 kid below 12 years old and a single-sized bed for 1 adult or 1 kid. The sofa in the living room may also be used to sleep on for additional guest. Fresh and clean bedding sets, pillows, blankets, and towels are provided for up to two adults (note: extra set/s are provided per extra guest charge).
The bathroom has hot and cold shower, and a few basic toiletries such as toilet paper, shampoo, and soap are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with basic equipment and tools such as refrigerator/freezer, an induction stove, microwave oven, rice cooker, some dishware, cookware, cooking utensils, and some dish cleaning supplies, like a drain rack, dish soap, etc.
The living room has a comfortable sofa and includes a flat screen TV with basic local, sports, news, and entertainments channels.

The condo amenities are for the exclusive use of unit owners and their guests only. Here are the condo amenities rules and regulations:
Lap and Kiddie Swimming Pools
- There's a fee of Php100/ head/ day for every use of the pool (max 5 guests only), to be paid direct to the pool attendant.
- Operating hours for guests is from 6am to 9pm during non-holidays and from Tuesdays to Fridays only.
- A fee of Php450 is required to cover the use of lights from 6 to 9pm, to be paid direct to the building admin.
- Operating hours is from 6am to 9pm daily.
- There's a fee of Php80 per use or Php500 per month for guests, to be paid direct to the building admin.

My husband and I love meeting new people but due to our work, we are not always physically available to check in and out all our guests. However my line is always open, and I try to answer all requests and queries whenever and as fast as I can. :-)
Here are few other basic reminders to make sure you have a pleasant stay :)
The building security staff can only allow entry to registered guests. We require some basic information to be sent at least 3 days prior to check-in.
Guests will be charged for damages up to the amount of security deposit AFTER check out -- Airbnb does not charge the amount upon booking. Guests are asked to take good care of everything in the unit including the keys to avoid charges.
Our country has high electricity rates, so we ask all guests to help us conserve. When air-conditioning is on, windows and slide doors must be closed well. And upon leaving the unit for the day, air-conditioning and all other appliances must be turned off.
Guests must segregate their biodegradable and non-biodegradable trash. There are two large trash bins and extra trash bags inside the condo unit. When bin's full and/ or before leaving, guests must put all trash into the main garbage disposal in basement 1.
We encourage all guests to wash all their used dishes and cooking utensils before leaving.

My family, particularly my husband and I, likes traveling, trying out new things, new food, meeting new people, and just having an all around great time. :)
As a guest, I'm simple and straightforward. I like going to places where I've never been. And to maximize the trip, I'd research a lot beforehand. So I would have all things covered already, though a few tips from the host would also be greatly appreciated. :)
As a host, meeting new people is one of my biggest pleasures in life. Though due to my work, I may not be present all the time. In our absence, we've appointed a reliable and trustworthy messenger to take care of check-in's and out's whenever needed. :)
