I’m sorry that the stray little kitten caused an issue for your lab. As I mentioned to you, we are deciding whether to name the cat and keep the poor thing.
As far as your stay goes, when you locked ourself out of the bungalow, I dropped everything and brought you another key. I literally ran back and forth to the office because you were standing outside in the noontime sun with your infant baby.
The next day when your party broke the brand new fan I had put inside the bungalow for your comfort, I immediately called four stores to find help since you were stuck inside trying to get your baby to nap. I left work, and I raced to Lowe’s to buy the last air conditioner they had and set it up for you within the hour. I did not charge your deposit for breaking the new fan, because I felt bad for you that you were traveling with a small child and large dog, your husband was gone all day, and I wanted to give you as much hospitality as possible.
This review does not reflect that I also broke my usual protocol and offered you a late checkout to accommodate your party since you had so much luggage, a larg dog, a baby and large stroller with all your gear. I’m sure the 400 square foot bungalow indeed felt small for your entire whole family, and since you declined my offer of the main house due to your budget, I tried my best to give you a nice stay.
I’m disappointed that despite my tremendous efforts on your behalf, your review is mediocre.
