I was surprised to receive your message that you checked out before discussing your concern about the mattress with me. There are 2 beds in the suite, plus I had access to another mattress from my other rental suite that I would have been happy to exchange for you. Unfortunately, you never tried phoning my 3 local contacts or Airbnb, and decided to check out before we could discuss the various options.
I am sorry that you didn’t sleep well, but I had several guests stay in the suite and many have commented positively about the mattress. As well, that mattress had a high end memory foam on top of the firm mattress and could have been removed. You were more than welcome to have your baby nap and do your laundry before leaving the suite.
I would like to make a suggestion that you request a firm or hard mattress with your Airbnb reservations, so both the host and the guest can have the best outcomes.
