Our new, privately owned luxury Holiday Homes are situated together within the beautiful grounds of Newquay View Park Resort, 5 mins from Porth Beach, which boasts the largest indoor pool in Newquay, refurbished changing facilities, sauna, steam room, outdoor pool, kids clubs & entertainment - all included in the price!
Our homes offer FREE Wi-Fi, gated balcony, central heating and are fitted with everything you need...including a hairdryer & iron!
Our privately owned and maintained luxury homes are located together in a lovely peaceful area of Newquay View Resort away from the hustle and bustle but within a short walk of the action. All our homes have free Wi-Fi and are close to the surrounding fields which are great for dog walking.

Because of the locality of our homes, we are able to cater for family groups up to 30 people as each home sleeps 6 (1x double, 2 x singles, 1 x double pull out sofa-bed). (No hen, stag or large single sex groups)

Our cluster of homes has a fantastic central recreational space for those lovely, sociable summer evenings or as an area where the children can play safely within view of the balcony which each home provides.
Newquay View Park is located within a short walk or drive of Porth, Newquay, Watergate Bay, Mawgan Porth and the many beaches and attractions that the surrounding area has to offer. More details are in your Welcome Folder in the home.
The park itself has one of Newquay’s largest indoor heated swimming pools with newly updated changing facilities and a brand new new steam room and sauna, outdoor play area, clubhouse (which provides nightly entertainment, 2 licensed bars and basket meals) and a newly refurbished outdoor heated pool and patio so there is always something to do! All the facilities are included in your stay FREE!
The new Bistro/coffee shop is opening soon and will have one of Newquay’s finest chefs at the helm. The on site Fish and Chip shop must be tried too!
There is also a coin operated launderette on site. You can hire cycles or book your surfing directly with the surf shop within the park.

Otros aspectos destacables
You can park very close to your holiday home where there is safe space to do so to unload when you arrive. There is then plenty of parking close by. We ask you not to park on the grass if possible.
Although the Park is open 12 months per year, during winter months or periods of maintenance, certain activities or amenities may be closed or open for limited hours. This is beyond our control and as such we can accept no liability if certain facilities are not available out of season. You can collect a timetable of opening times etc. at Reception.
We ask you to check the inventory of your home within 24 hours of arrival to ensure you are not charged for any damages or items missing.

Number 48 is a dog friendly home.
A maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are welcome.
Please note: No dogs listed under The Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 are permitted on site and dogs must remain on a lead at all times.
When you book your holiday with us, you are agreeing that your dogs are tagged, microchipped & vaccinated up to date..
An extra cleaning fee of £30 will be added to your total.
Please do not bring your dogs unless you have pre-booked them and you intend to stay in one of our dog-friendly homes. Our homes are monitored by our neighbours to ensure our dog-free homes are kept dog free!
Dogs must not be left unattended in our homes at any time.
Please do not allow dogs in the bedrooms or on the lounge furniture.
We respectfully ask you to wipe off muddy paws before allowing your dogs into our homes too, in order to keep our homes in great condition for all our future guests.
All our homes are non-smoking. There are smoking areas within the park.
We ask that all guests adhere to the park rules which will be in your Welcome Folder for you to read on arrival.
If you require a copy when booking your holiday, please ask.
Please keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb other guests and do not leave children.
We ask that you treat our homes with respect so that others may enjoy them after you.
Please leave our homes clean and tidy and strip beds before departure.
Please do not use BBQ's on the decked area as they will melt the decking and please dispose of BBQ's and ash responsibly - wait until they are cool!
Please report any damages to us or our local agent when they occur. All damages must be paid for.
