Stay in creative artist home in a beautiful residential neighborhood of South Minneapolis, a wonderful retreat. There are many great local cafes, restaurants/bars and shops within walking distance as well as the vibrant Uptown area.
My partner and I are both local artists (Painters/Musicians). Our home is also our creative space for working on our art. Our basement area is the space for both our music and art studio. The home is a relaxing place in a beautiful residential area with trees galore.
For your stay there are two private bedrooms, each with a double bed. Kitchen, living and dining rooms are on the main floor. The entrance to the home is a 3 seasoned porch which is great for relaxation to read, write, meals, games, etc. The back of the house goes out to a deck with table and seating and a yard space with view of a flower garden. It is a wonderful retreat space for meditation, while there are birds who frequent and a rabbit family that mosey in the grass at times.

We are also open to conversations and telling about the area and all that Minneapolis has to offer. We love hearing other's stories and ideas, which feed both of our creativity and inspiration.

I am an artist and musician, traveler and adventurer, Spanish speaker and poet residing in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I paint, write and perform music, write poetry, and do Spanish translation. I work as a waitress in a local, historic pizza restaurant of Minneapolis. It is fun and allows me time to work on all my creative projects and dreams and still travel!! I lived in Spain for four years and am looking forward to more travel both stateside as well as abroad.
I am a homeowner and am excited to share my home on Airbnb for a lovely guest experience and respite.
I am very down-to-earth, bohemian, yet driven and responsible finding beauty in all this world has to offer. I love meeting people of all walks of life and seeing how we are all deeply connected. When I travel I enjoy not having a very detailed set itinerary, but things I have in mind that I would like to see in the place, but also take time slowly and wander the area finding those magical places and serendipitous moments of meeting amazing people and having inspiring conversations. Travel is always a monumental inspiration for me in launching new creativity and drive in my art forms.
