Right on your doorstep you will find a variety of bars and International restaurants to suit all tastes. Including the famous Stowell Street, you will see the Chinese Arch at the entrance you then take a walk along the cobbled street laden with a wide choice of Chinese restaurants and banquets.
Take a stroll up the iconic Grey Street you will then find yourself in the centre of Newcastle’s shopping district where there is a wide range of high street favourites, designer stores and one-off boutiques.
As the sun sets over the famous bridges of the Tyne, there is nowhere better to enjoy a night out than NewcastleGateshead.

I stayed in apartment 302 in City Quadrant and I have to say my stay and experience with Properties Unique was superb. Communications were great, I received the details of the MD of the company who called me after a short (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) conversation and arranged for me to be met. I waited barely 90 seconds outside the location before a great chap called Len arrived and checked me in, turned on everything, checked the WiFi (strong connection), and the TV (about 30-40 DTV channels), showed me the water heating options, really did a thorough job. I called just to mention there were no hangers in the wardrobes, within 20 mins, I had Len at the door with 15 brand new ones. The apartment itself was well laid out, two bedrooms (one en-suite), two comfy two person sofas, all amenities, glasses, kettle, lots of new towels, everything was brand new as I believe we were the first guests after a remodel, and aside a few snagging issues with plugs (which didn't affect our stay) we had no problems whatsoever. Guests should be aware that Properties Unique secure their properties by taking your card details down in case of damage (standard behaviour) and I was fine with this especially understanding the logic when numerous groups of people likely come to Newcastle for a big weekend. One might argue it's also better for the guest as the money isn't held from your account like a security deposit would be. I'm 50/50 on the pros and cons, but when I asked for them to confirm to me that they destroyed these details after I left with no issues I received an email from their reservations team within a few hours stating that. I highly recommend this apartment, and this company and will undoubtedly be staying with them again if and when I go back to Newcastle.

City Quadrant is very beautiful and very close to Central Station. Host are very kind and deal with trouble quickly. I had a good time. Thank you, lovely !
