I have lived in the Portland South Waterfront area for 12+ years. I absolutely love that it's quiet and a simple walk away from so many things. The neighborhood is quickly expanding with new shops and yummy restaurants with Under Armour moving in and the Tillicum bridge completion.
I love and could not live without dogs in my life, wine, music, great food and great friends to share all of this with. My backyard is a great place to spend time reading or relaxing after a long day, maybe even in a hammock - my wine glass sits on the bench next to my hammock - it's blissful!
I decided to be a host so others can enjoy my neighborhood - it's great to walk along the waterfront to the many festivals and a few more months of the amazing Veritable Quandary (VQ) before it closes in Sept 2016.
If you like to hike, just walk out the door and explore the 4T trails of Portland's Marcum Hill or maybe a long hike up to Council Crest.
Cycling is so much easier now that the Gibbs Street Bridge is complete and easy access to the waterfront / spring water corridor.
Come explore Portland and relax in my home!
