The airy master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a full size bed with lots of windows and ocean view. Hear the waves at night and sleep soundly on the high quality mattresses. No lumpy cottage beds here! A daybed with trundle in the living room provides 2 more single beds. All sheets and bedding are provided and beds are all made up for you. The living room has a slider out to the large, private porch. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - full size refrigerator and stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, silverware. Dine at the kitchen table or better yet, on the porch taking in the ocean views. There is a full bath with tub/shower. There is a coin-op laundry room onsite. The unit has tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom, laminate flooring in living room and bedrooms. Immaculately clean with all the comforts of home!

The entire unit is yours alone, you have the porch to yourself. Plenty of room to store your beach stuff - even bikes if you bring them. I provide sheets and all bedding, however you need to bring your own towels - bath and beach. There is a gas grill you may use.I have a small beach parking lot adjacent to the rental and I provide you with 2 free off street parking spaces. There is more available for a fee if you have friends stop by - Parking is very challenging in the summer and most rentals only provide 1 parking space.

I live on the property in a separate house, so I am here if you need me!! I personally clean and maintain the property. You will see me watering the flowers and on the beach. I am also here to take out the trash - who wants to have to remember that when they're on vacation? I love living here and take pride in taking care of my home and rentals. I will respect your privacy, but just next door or a text away if you have a question or need to borrow a cup of sugar!

Camp Comfort Ave is a quiet, pretty, little road with only a few houses. Mostly they are properties like mine - owner occupied with a few rentals. We love flowers and it shows!! Window boxes, flowers pots and garden beds are everywhere!!
There is a family atmosphere here. Please be courteous and use common sense. You must be at least 25 years old to rent here. No pets allowed. Smoking strictly prohibited. Maximum occupancy is 6 - including children. CONDITIONS: (please read carefully)
(1.) All rentals subject to owner’s approval. (2.) Rental of unit, sight unseen, must be accepted upon arrival or all deposits forfeited. (3.) Owner or agent is not responsible for accidents or injuries during tenants’ occupancy. (4.) Repairs: We cannot guarantee systems or appliances. There will be NO REFUND on their failure. The owner will try to fix broken or faulty appliances as quickly as possible upon notification by the tenant. (5.) The tenant agrees to allow the owner or his agent to enter and view the premises, both inside and out, to make repairs thereto; to show the same to a prospective tenant or buyer; and to expel the tenant if he shall fail to pay rent or breach this rental agreement in any way, in accordance with the laws of the State of Maine. (6.) Tenants shall be held responsible and liable for any and all damage caused by tenant, or any in tenants’ party, to the property. (7.) Complaints of undue noise, disturbing the peace, or illegal activities shall be cause of immediately vacating the premises, voiding rental agreement and forfeiting all monies paid. (8.) Tenant will provide towels for own use during rental period. Owner will provide all other items necessary for housekeeping, including (but not limited to) bed pillows, sheets, blankets, cooking and eating utensils, dishes, and glassware. (9.) Maximum occupancy rule must be observed. If violation is suspected, tenants are subject to immediate inspection of the premises by owner and/or his agent, Fire Chief, and code enforcement officer. Appropriate action will follow. (10.) No subletting.
