Pay for anything that is damaged or broken.

Please ensure that on your departure:
-all dishes are washed, dried and put away,
-all rubbish is disposed of the large bins located in the basement,
-furniture is to be restored to its original position,
-the apartment is left in a neat and tidy manner as extra cleaning charges may apply.
A starter pack is provided complementary upon arrival: tea, coffee, sugar, milk, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Extras of these items may be purchased from reception.
If any cleaning products left, please store in the cupboard underneath the sink and leave as a courtesy for the next guest.
Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require you to comply with certain conditions for entry to above mentioned apartment. We appreciate most tenants would respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions:
1. Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated at the time of booking. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
2. Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with misuse in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs, etc. Excess cleaning will be charge, removal of rubbish will be charged. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments being deducted from your credit card, details of which taken prior to your occupancy and held in lieu of a SECURITY DEPOSIT.
3. Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are tenant's responsibility during their stay.
4. Departure – the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00 AM by the latest, to allow us time to prepare property for next guests.
5. Disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of SECURITY DEPOSIT. Please note that security guards are always in attendance in the resort and are authorized to remove guests from apartments if deemed appropriate. Loss of rental and SECURITY DEPOSIT will apply.
6. SECURITY DEPOSIT shall normally be payable at the time of collection of keys to the room. The SECURITY DEPOSIT will be refunded within 7 days, in full to your nominated account, subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guest beyond those declared, etc.
7. Pets are not allowed.
8. Photography of any part of the unit is not allowed without permission from the manager.
9. Loss – The owners take no responsibility for loss of tenant's personal property.

Great location, indoor heated pool and outdoor cool pool, gym, tennis courts underground parking. Brilliant location, you can't get much more central on Surfers than here! This place is a gem and because they had no one checking in the day we left they allowed us to stay there till midday. Thanks again

The location is good, very close to surfer paradise. The house is clean. But the unit is quite old, only one lift was working when we were staying there.

The apartment is situated at the heart of surfers paradise where the actions are. It has the views of the ocean and is accessible through shops , cafe and restaurants. The check in process is smooth. Wifi is fast.

Super location et vue sur la plage qui était juste au bout de la rue ainsi que les restaurants et rue commerçante. Appartement propre, grand et les propriétaires étaient toujours présents en cas d'aide ou questions. L'appartement est situé dans un appart/Hotel il y a donc une reception qui peut vous aider avec les activités du coin. Il y a une piscine couverte et ouverte et une salle de sport (les équipements ne sont pas nombreux et un peu anciens). Le Jaccuzzi et Sauna étaient fermés pendant notre séjour à cause de maintenance mais cela n'a pas affecté notre séjour. Surfer Paradise est un des meilleurs spots de la Gold Coast tout comme cet appartement! Deux jours n'était pas suffisant...
