Sue was a graceful host. She did her best to have the house ready, and went the extra mile to have internet access connected when we requested it (and succeeded and it worked flawlessly). The house was clean, comfortable and had all the comforts of a well-maintained kiwi bach (including a lovely fireplace), great kitchen, large bathroom and several rooms to accommodate large families. It can be a bit cold and humid at night, but the fireplace and some heaters help beating it. The area is very nice and quiet, but keep in mind the nearest town is 30 Km away, so you need to plan ahead when doing your shopping. Overall, a great and attentive host, a lovely bach with all the amenities and comforts, and a great stay. Highly recommendable. We will be back !. Thank you Sue.

I am true Kiwi - who travelled extensively in my younger years. I am now happily settled in NZ and have am happy to share my house in Port Waikato with fellow kiwis and international travellers. I love the wild west NZ coast and the Port has plenty to offer. I am a dog lover (dogs are also welcome to stay). I love great clean foods and quality wines. My favourite hobby is to do long walks (with my dogs) along the beach and around the river. I love people and love sharing travel and life experiences.
