You are close to the slopes, the Breckenridge Nordic Center, the shuttle and Main St. all while nestled in a quiet, wooded and peaceful area near the base of Peak 8.

LOCATION – The open space and trails of the Breckenridge Nordic Center are just outside that back door and the last shuttle stop to the base of Peak 8 is conveniently located only a few hundred feet away. It is also just minutes to activities in town via the free shuttle, but away from it all in a tranquil setting.

AMENITIES – The main level provides a lovely open living space, dining for ten and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. The loft level features a large master king suite and a den area with a sleeper futon and a large flat screen TV and Blu-ray DVD player that is great for the kids! For more sleeping space, you will find two large bedrooms, one queen bedroom and one bunk bedroom in the lower level. The living space continues outdoors where you can grill up steaks and enjoy a summertime meal on the deck.
