We also provide an electric kettle on the 3rd floor with a variety of herbal teas, instant coffee, and a few snacks! Definitely be sure to check out our pet bunny rabbit Alphonzo who lives in the front room on the 1st floor, relax or get work done back in our spacious backyard garden with fire pit, and be sure to ask about indego bike sharing and the BIG farmer's market in Clark Park.
Atención a los huéspedes
We are happy to give guests as much of their own space or as much hands on tips of local fun/food/walks/museums as they would like! We are a growing family living, gardening, maintaining this beautiful 100+ year old house, and working in this neighborhood with our infant son Elliot, who you will likely get to meet:)
Otros aspectos destacables
Be aware that we own a rabbit as a pet, are conscientious and respectful neighbours and members of this community, and that our home has a great many stairs to navigate when considering staying with us as your room will be on the 3rd floor. Also a note about our new baby, he is a good sleeper and has yet to cry loud enough to make it up to the 3rd floor. We do provide a white noise machine in the room to be sure you can get the rest you need even if we're up helping him.
-No rowdiness or destructiveness
-Shoes off at the door please
-No excessively loud noises after 10pm (we both are up to get to work early)
-No pets (the bunny is enough)
