Please respect all things in the house as you would if they were your own and do not remove anything from the property. Damages and breakages noticed on arrival in the premises must be reported immediately by the guest otherwise it is agreed that all is in order with the premises. Any significant breakages (beyond a single glass or coffee cup) or damage to flooring, fixtures and fittings or upholstery must be paid for and should be reported as soon as they happen so we can organise a replacement.
Ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked when you are away from the property for any length of time. We take no responsibility for the loss or theft of personal property or any bodily injury that occurs on or at the premises.
Please use the exhaust fan while showering in the bathroom and exhaust fan in the kitchen while cooking to minimise internal moisture.
The property must be left in the condition it was found. Failure to do so may incur extra charges. Ensure rubbish is left in the appropriate external council rubbish bins by the driveway and all cutlery and crockery is either washed or stacked in the dishwasher. The property should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure and secured including locking all windows and doors.
No smoking and no pets.
Please keep outside noise to an acceptable minimum out of respect for our neighbours but be sure to still have fun!
