The apartment is located in a quiet street yet walking distance to local shops and café’s (2 minutes), Centennial Park (10 minutes) and 2 main bus routes (2 minutes) that go direct to the city and local beaches. An exclusive use off street car space is also included should you have a vehicle.

Great for a couple with a baby or toddler still sleeping in a porta cot or professional wanting close proximity to both the city and beaches or nearby hospitals and university.

Please respect all things in the house as you would if they were your own and do not remove anything from the property. Damages and breakages noticed on arrival in the premises must be reported immediately by the guest otherwise it is agreed that all is in order with the premises. Any significant breakages (beyond a single glass or coffee cup) or damage to flooring, fixtures and fittings or upholstery must be paid for and should be reported as soon as they happen so we can organise a replacement.
Ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked when you are away from the property for any length of time. We take no responsibility for the loss or theft of personal property or any bodily injury that occurs on or at the premises.
Please use the exhaust fan while showering in the bathroom and exhaust fan in the kitchen while cooking to minimise internal moisture.
The property must be left in the condition it was found. Failure to do so may incur extra charges. Ensure rubbish is left in the appropriate external council rubbish bins by the driveway and all cutlery and crockery is either washed or stacked in the dishwasher. The property should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure and secured including locking all windows and doors.
No smoking and no pets.
Please keep outside noise to an acceptable minimum out of respect for our neighbours but be sure to still have fun!

Very good stay spent in the Jade apartment. ..the apartment is very nice, it feels very good in it, it has a lot of clarity and especially it is very well located between the beautiful beaches and the city center .. very well served by the many buses..Jade is a Very nice host, always available if we need her and very nice in our conversations ... I am glad to have come here ... séverine

The lace is absolutely lovely, the photos really do it justice but it is better in real life. The unit is very private and you feel nice and secluded by the trees in the garden - it is a little backyard but a very nice one and the inside of the house has been very tastefully finished. Jade was also very proactive, dropping a line prior to our visit to make sure all would be well and everything went smoothly. I had booked it for my Dad and he was very happy with the place and highly impressed. I would book it again for sure.

Home is located in a great neighborhood with many shops and restaurants in close walking distance and a short distances from the beaches. Jade was a great host and responded quickly to any inquires.

Great apartment - everything provided for an easy stay. Love the onsite parking. The bath was perfect after a long day and hot hot water for the morning shower. Very quiet. Comfortable bed. Good access to wifi and Netflix if needed. Jade was extremely helpful and available by SMS when needed. Would definitely stay again.

Jades apartment is lovely. Beautifully decorated and quiet. My first time staying in Randwick and I found the location to be perfect for me. Even managed to get to the Bronte to Bondi walk early one morning. Having off st parking was also a big bonus. I flagged a blown light globe on the first night and it was replaced the very next day. Highly recommended.

Jade's home is exactly like the listing. It's a quiet, private, convenient spot that is absolutely lovely. The neighborhood has everything you need from cafes to groceries/wine shop/butcher and it's very convenient with multiple bus lines and cabs just around the corner. The apartment is gorgeous, well designed and has lots of reading material! I wish it was a bit warmer so i could enjoy the yard, bbq a bit more! There's nothing I would really change about the experience! Thanks Jade, for being a great host!!
