We live less than a quarter mile from the cabin. My wife and I would be more than willing to show you some of the trails close to the cabin. We also have numerous waterfalls, caves, state parks, golf courses and other attractions for your adventurous side. We have all the details come and enjoy our little piece of paradise.

Got a special event that you are celebrating? Like a birthday, anniversary, wedding, other? Let us know. We typically add a few details to your stay if you let us know you are celebrating a special event. Other note: We typically decorate the cabin lightly for any holiday coming up: Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc.
Please contact us before booking if you are bringing a pet, (sorry, cats are not allowed because some guests are allergic to cat dander) or if you are booking for an event.
We ask that you basically leave our cabin pretty much the way you found it when you entered. Bag your trash and leave it outside in the metal trash bin. Wash all of your dishes and clean the coffee maker if you use that. Place towels on the washer or leave them in the bathroom. Do not throw anything in the propane heater and nothing but toilet paper, and what nature brings, in the toilets and absolutely no smoking in the cabin. A "butt can" is provided on the porch for smokers.
We do expect to clean once you leave, but we are not a hotel, so we do not expect a guest to leave the house 'trashed' on leaving. Trashed defined as food all over, trash all over, damage to the carpet, sofa, sheets, tables and/or floor. Glasses all over the house. Trash piled high along with dishes not washed or filthy, etc. You get the point. If you aren't sure please ask.
Our last "rule" is that you have a wonderful stay and that you please let us know if we can do anything to make your stay extra special or more pleasant. Thank you and we hope to see you soon.

My wife, Kim, and I have traveled to many countries of the world. We enjoy meeting people and would like to share our little piece of America with you.
We both play the guitar, Kim plays some piano and the drums. We do many nursing home and jail ministries with our church.
We are both very friendly and we want to help you have the best stay possible. So we will try to recommend to you the best hikes or area events to add to your stay. But get ready for a comfortable cabin, with a country Tennessee theme.
Come enjoy beautiful views, hikes, enjoy ATV trails, waterfalls, golf and several state parks are very close to our cabin.
As Kim is retired from the Navy, she would say in closing, "Welcome Aboard". We hope to see you soon!
