This beautiful and modern condo was completely renovated this year. All of the amenities you could ask for, plenty of space for two families, close to hiking & biking trails, Yosemite and the slopes (only a 3-minute walk to Eagle Express Lift). Plus, we paid attention to the details, so your stay will be enjoyable and unforgettable.

In a nutshell: split level condo with 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom + living / dining room + mud room + kitchen downstairs, up the spiral staircase is the loft area + 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom.

Let's talk details: fully equipped kitchen (we love to cook, so we stocked it right) with touchless faucet, quartz countertops, custom cabinets, and cool coffee mugs. Enough cabinets, shelves, benches and hooks for every piece of your snow stuff in the mud room. Dining room has a huge wooden table that seats 8, and a wrought iron chandelier with a rooster on it (original to the condo; we kept it because it adds flair). A couch with a queen-sized pull-out bed sits next to a matching love seat, right in front of the fireplace and a flat screen TV (though the views out of the windows and off of the porch put anything on the television to shame).

The bunk room has (you guessed it) two bunk beds, each twin over full. The other downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a beautiful mountain view. The downstairs bathroom has lots and lots of thick, absorbent towels, plus a really cool basin sink and custom vanity. And hooks. Hooks are important!

Upstairs is the king-sized bedroom. It has three high windows, but don't worry, the blinds are motorized, so you can close them from the comfort of your bed if the rising sun proves too bright. The loft is pretty empty right now; feel free to give us design & furniture suggestions for what you'd like to see in it on your next stay! The bathroom has a corner air massage hot tub, perfect for relaxing in after a day carving up the fresh pow pow. It also has a gorgeous concrete trough sink and another custom vanity.

We used LED lights throughout the condo, because they're just awesome. The water is hot and the pressure is powerful - you'll enjoy the showers a LOT. Electric heat is provided in all of the bedrooms, the living room and the dining room - the fireplace also does a pretty good job of keeping the condo toasty.

The condo complex (Aspen Creek) has a sauna, extra bathrooms, laundry rooms (coin-operated), 2 outdoor spas, and they will plow the driveways at 6AM if the snow demands it. Our unit has two parking spaces in the garage.

The condo just underwent an extensive remodel. We've stayed at it since then, but we recognize that there might be little things that are "off". PLEASE let us know if you spot any unfinished work or minor details that aren't complete, and we'll get our contractor on them stat.

The listing price includes the Mammoth Lakes Transient Occupancy Tax of 13%. This is required by the Town of Mammoth Lakes Municipal Code § 3.12.040, and is charged "for the privilege of occupancy of any transient occupancy facility". Check out time is around 11AM. Check in time is around 4PM. We are happy to accommodate requests for modifications to these times, but they are dependent on when other guests are arriving and departing, so that's what our cleaning crew will be planning around.

No pets, sorry. We love them, but have to accommodate a wide variety of guests with potential allergies, and having owned dogs for 21 years, we know that even the short-haired ones can leave a hairy trail.

No smoking (or vaping) ANYWHERE, even on the porch. If you need to puff, please go downstairs, outside, and off into the distance.

No loudness after 10PM - the sound bar puts out a lot of decibels, so try and be courteous to your neighbors who might not like your dub step.

Don't use the knives on the countertops - civilization invented cutting boards for a reason. Also, don't run the knives or the wood cutting board through the dishwasher.

Turn the heat OFF when you leave - the condo heats up fast, no reason to keep it cooking all day long.

When you leave, make sure all of the heaters are off, pile the dirty linens in the bathrooms, take out the garbage (and the recycling), put all the dirty dishes in the dishwasher, turn the lights off and put the key back in the lock box.

Enjoy yourselves! Use our stuff, but treat it like your own.

Very well maintained property. It had everything I needed during my stay. Michael emailed me the check-in process about a week before the arrival date, and the instruction is very straight-forward. It was not a busy season, so we had no problem finding an additional parking spot in the complex.

Very comfortable and lovely condo. The four kids under 13 in our group loved the bunk bed room. Very quiet in the summer when we stayed. It was a bit of an adventure finding the pool and spa on the property, but the host left excellent instructions. Will want to stay again.

This is a beautiful condo, very spacious and well equipped. The location is great to explore Mammoth Lakes and shops are a few minutes away. Michael was a great host, sending detailed instructions for the check in a few days before our trip, and even offering a complimentary bottle of wine. I would highly recommend staying here!

This is a beautifully appointed, immaculate condo in one of the lovelier complexes adjacent to the Juniper Springs resort. It was extremely comfortable, with gorgeous views all around. All the furnishings, appliances, linens, kitchen and bath accessories were top notch. While there are only two baths, they are both sumptuous, with closeted johns and access from the halls. We were a party of five and had no conflicts over bathroom use. There is covered parking for two cars, adequate visitor parking, and an elevator.
