After 25 years as a Registered Dietitian, public health nutritionist, technical advisor to the food industry and university professor, I went back to university and successfully completed an MBA program at the age of 58. I now focus my professional attention on world food innovation as it relates to health and well-being.
The Niagara Region offers agricultural richness in an exquisite natural landscape--which makes it a memorable culinary sanctuary. There is no other place that I would rather be. Let me share my enthusiasm with you!
I am also a proud and active grandmother that enjoys family, children, friends, gardening, hiking and biking along the Bruce Trail and the Niagara Parkway.
