Bernard & Helen moved from Sydney in 2011 and have been on a sharp learning curve ever since. Bernard has spent his time learning the tricks to managing soil & growing out beef cattle for market, renovating a building my extensive vegetable garden and chicken house. While my interior design business sits in the background I have been honing my cleaning, bed making, cooking and gardening skills (luckily, a nurse in an earlier career)
Bernard & I have renovated the 2 separate accommodations on the property and are happily sharing these with others (that's You) we feel so lucky to be able to wake up in our beautiful sounding views it would be a shame not to share.
We love travelling especially in Europe, read novels as and when we can. I do Pilates, walk and go to the gym often, am nearly always on a diet (5/2 is our preference!!) because of my love of cooking, eating and a couple of red wines. Currently I head up SlowFood Saddleback (not slow cooking) which is an international organisation that started in Italy promoting good, clean and fair food for all. We both participate in the local Foxground Landcare & Bernard has become a volunteer fireman and a member of the Shoalhaven beef association.
we hope to see you at EagleViewPark soon
