The apartment has two bedrooms with Queens sized beds, two bathrooms, one with a bath and shower, a gloriously sized open plan kitchen and living area. The sofa is huge, big enough for one more adult or two children to sleep on. Plenty of books to read and of course an iPod dock.
The city is 4.5km away, the notorious Chapel Street is 1km away and St Kilda is 2km away.
This stunning flat is surrounded by some of Melbourne's most prestigious bars and restaurants.

Please be respectful. I'm a very clean and tidy person, so tidying up after yourself in the shared space is compulsory. Nothing major, just rinsing and putting your dirty dishes in the dish washer and wiping the kitchen area down with multi surface cleaner and a clean cloth. No leaving rubbish around the apartment, bins are provided.
If you smoke please do so on the balcony, and not inside. Be respectful of my property please, this is my home. There is a yellow recycling bin and a blue rubbish bin in the kitchen, please discard all rubbish daily to avoid the smell. There is a cupboard to the right of my front door, just a few doors down with both a recycling bin and a rubbish shoot.
There are cleaning products and cloths under the sink for daily upkeep of the apartment. And a vacuum cleaner in the cupboard.
Any persons staying for longer a week will be charged for a professional cleaner at the end of stay.

Our last minute Air Bnb reservation went perfectly, we were 5 guys coming down for the soccer and a fun long weekend, so I'm sure most owners would be hesitant, but Natalie was happy for us to stay. From the get go Natalie was very open and easy to communicate with. The place was clean and tidy and left to make you feel right at home. The ad was exactly what you got, a beautiful home in a central location to relax in, and a fantastic outlook to top it off. Best Air Bnb host I've been in contact with and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place in Melbourne to stay!

A clean and tidy beautifully appointed and well situated apartment with stunning views of the Melbourne skyline made for a fantastic trip. Natalie is a superb host, communication excellent and a bright and friendly character. Nothing a problem. Everything was perfect.

Great location and great views. However 3 items stated on the listing was not provided made the overall experience very disappointing. Fresh Coffee -there was none so had to buy my own. Parking -Even though confirmed before making the booking the host parked her own car which meant I had to park in Wilson Parking at $40 per day and had to take taxi to/from city (Total additional cost of $180) Wifi -within 5mins of logging into wifi got message "cannot connect as the account is unpaid"
