We absolutely loved staying at your home. That's what it truly was, a home. Everything from the amenities to the quaint feel of the interior and the fact that it was part of a neighborhood made our stay one of the best we ever had. The outdoor patio was ideal for all our recreational activities like washing, cleaning and drying all of our scuba/snorkeling gear and beach items. We used the BBQ every night and had a blast. You can't beat the location with all the stores needed within walking distance and the beach even closer. We loved the small town feel of Anna Marie Island. You have created a great place for a relaxing / easy going vacation. Thanks so much! Matt and Vickie Bastin

The stay at Holmes Beach was a wonderful experience. (1) the beach -- nearly white/pristine sand, beautiful ocean with few waves, remarkable sunsets, and relaxed neighbors. It's a great environment for having a very relaxing stay. (2) the accommodations (downstairs unit) -- newly renovated, very comfortable, good WiFi & TV with many channels. Good sized kitchen that was well stocked with things we needed to prepare meals. (3) the location -- awesome, centrally located with very easy access to Walgreens, Publix, and a variety of interesting local stores (recommend the ice cream at Holy Cow ice creamI).

Edgar and Louise were very gracious and enjoyed our conversations with each of them and both. They were shared a few upgrades that they were planning for the future on "The Nest". The outside balcony would be awesome. We will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect, the house has everything we needed, it's quiet, clean and so close to a very nice beach. We even had games for the kids, umbrella's and even netflix on tv :) Louise was very nice and we will come back as soon as we can. Thanks.
