This is a very spacious unit that occupies half of the upper level of a commercial/industrial/retail building.

Apple TV (4th Generation) with Siri Remote
(Plastic utensils: paper plates, cups, and napkins so you don't have to do much dishes).
Note: No Kitchen but a well equipped meal station. Most of my guests prefer to bring food back or go out to eat at a restaurant. I do not supply ingredients such as salt and pepper, oil, vinegar, and etc.

Interaction with guests is minimal. I give my guests space.
But keycodes will be obtained from me via AIRBNB text so let me know your estimated Check-In time or text me an hour before you arrive so I can prepare to give you the code.

Please let me know what the space will be used for and how many individuals will be entering the space. And what city you are coming from.
There is no daily House Keeping.
With the number of days booked factored in, a fixed set and a good amount of bath towels will be provided at the start.
Bring your own tooth brush and tooth paste.
For longer visiting guests:
There is a laundromat on the same block about two addresses over.
- IMPORTANT: The space is Only Available for Booked Guests. The number of guests staying must match the number of guests actually booked.
- DO NOT invite strangers, neighbors or nosy people into the unit or near the property.
- DO NOT invite friends or associates if they are not apart of the Booked Group even if it is for a short period.
- CHECK-IN: 3PM and Later.
- NO EARLY CHECK-INs.
- CHECK-OUT: 11AM
- NO LATE CHECK-OUTs.
- STREET PARKING ONLY.
- Lots of street parking available.
- DO NOT park a car in the front of the building's driveway.
- Please read street parking signs to avoid street cleaning days and potential tickets. Make sure to turn your steering wheel correctly against curb or away from curb when parking to avoid potential tickets.

No parking 9am - 11am on street cleaning days typically Tuesday or Wednesday.
- Close the entry/exit door completely to make sure that it auto-locks when leaving the space. (Automatic Lock Door)
- Keep Space clean and tidy.
- No parties.
- No smoking.
- No drugs.
- No pets.
- No excessive intoxication.
- Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8AM.
- Must respect requests for noise reduction or cancellation if neighbors, tenants or owner requests it.
- Respect neighbors in general.
- Must keep furniture and other objects in good condition.
- Do not leave water faucet running over extended periods.
- Water usage including toilet flushes and showers should not be wasteful.
- Do not tamper with or touch electrical boxes and switches.
- Do not tamper with fire sprinklers, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
- When heating up food, please close the doors to the bedrooms to avoid smells from getting in and seeping into beds and sheets.
- Open windows to let air through for ventilation. Close windows to keep the place warm.
- There are no central heaters but extra blankets are provided.
- At checkout, all guests must leave the premise.
- No left behind guests.
- The Booking/Master guest is responsible for their sub-guests in all ways in regards to the property.
- If you have a lot of trash, please take it out to the large trash bins.
- The other portion of the building is locked so you can enjoy your privacy. The door in the middle of the 2nd floor level is locked with a deadbolt (Locked Double-Sided). Some rooms are locked because they are just storage rooms.
- There are commercial tenants who access the bottom floor and will have a separate and independent entrance.
- Do not disturb the tenant or his business during or after hours.
- Do not disturb the tenants downstairs or access their space.
- Do not disturb or access any space not listed.
- The Deck is off limits to guests and is gated.

-No onsite Laundry but there is a laundromat a few feet away. ("Palace Laundromat")
