Hello Linda, I'm glad you had a positive experience with my flat, and thanks for the super detailed feedback. I'd take advantage of it to work on and correct, improve, what I can. In details: - I will update the photo of the living room on the site, so people can see the plants before booking - I reprinted the washing machine instruction. I fear the old one, which was in the binder with the others, was thrown away by mistake. Anyway, the machine has iconographic instruction on the front panel - old magazines will be removed - I fought hard lately to have the building interior renovated, and actually the construction you heard was the preparation job: by the end of October all the interiors will be brand new, no more ugly wall peeling, and the disturbing graffiti on the main door of the building removed. They will reappear soon I fear; as it happens in most European capitals downtown area - the park in front of the building is absolutely safe, day and night: in 7 years I haven't had a single report of trouble, inconvenience, or annoyance from anybody staying in the flat, or neighbours.
