This property is located in one of most luxurious Condo complexes in Collingwood. The only Condo complex in Collingwood has outdoor in-ground salt water pool heated year-round.
Take the elevator to the top floor where you will find our Condo unit #308. The beautiful views of Georgian Bay and Blue Mountain are to be enjoyed from two large size balconies. Brand new furniture with comfortable settings you need, this property is in an enviable holiday home.
The accommodation has a large lounge and dining area; in the main lounge, a gas fireplace, a large flat smart TV with free IPTV account and DVD player. Beyond this, a natural gas BBQ and a Bistro set on kitchen balcony, a set of patio furniture installed on living room balcony.
You will find three bedrooms; the master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite, second bedroom with a queen size bed and third one with Bulk beds, twin upper and double lower. The sofa bed in the lunge can be turned into an additional double bed if required, sleeping up to 7 guests. A second bathroom with two sinks, laundry room, fully equipped kitchen with granite breakfast bar complete the property. All linen and towels are included with two private parking lots (12 and 13) and high-speed internet access being complimentary with the property. A full size locker right outside of the main entrance provides enough space for storing your bicycles and other entertainment equipment.
The property is close to all the amenities in Collingwood, only steps to Cranberry Golf Course and walking distance to a large selection of restaurants and shops. Trails around the Condo complex create a relaxed atmosphere during your stay.

Please be aware, any damages caused during your stay will be covered from the damage deposit. If the condo has been left in a dirty/untidy state resulting in extra cleaning charge from our contracted cleaning service provider. The extra charge will be passed onto you from the damage deposit. If keys have been lost the cost is C$50 per key plus any additional costs incurred if lock changes are needed.
Damage deposit agreement
The damage deposit is fully refundable to you. The deposit will only be kept in part or in full if deemed damage has occurred or as below:
I/We, agree to forfeit all, or part (a detailed description of monies due will be provided) if any of the following agreement is breached during my/our stay at the above property.
1.If smoking has been noticed in the property.
2.If there are any complaints regarding my/our conduct while in Condo such as noise complaints or blocking neighbours driveways.
3.If there is an excessive amount of cleaning to be done following my/our visit, by the owners' cleaning service. Other than laundry and obvious cleaning, the house, contents of cupboards, furniture and other articles belonging to the house, should be left as they were found upon our arrival. It is a privately owned condo and should be respected as such and left clean and tidy.
4.If there is any damage to walls, furniture, fixtures, appliances, towels or sheets, or keys have been lost, a bill will be provided and this total will be charged to my credit card.
5.If pets have been permitted in the condo
By booking this condo I understand and agree that if rules 1-5 are broken, my group will be required to leave immediately, forfeiting our allotted time, rent paid in full. I also understand that if the cleaning service verifies that there is no excessive cleaning to be done, damage to the property, or missing articles, there will be no additional charges.
