Welcome to our charming and distinctive 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully refurbished Terrace House, with all modern conveniences.
Heritage listed and built in the 1850's, comfortably sleeping 4 to 6 guests a stone's throw from everywhere you want to be.
Ideally situated in St Kilda's prime location on quiet leafy Acland St Hill, close to all major eating and shopping streets but set back enough for quiet and privacy. Only 100m from iconic St Kilda Beach and only 12 minutes tram journey to the CBD.

The House is a smoke free place, smokers are only allowed to smoke in the garden outside. Please dispose of cigarette buds in the appropriate ashtrays.

SWIMMING POOL RULES: DO NOT USE ANY FORM OF GLASS WARE OR GLASS BOTTLES WHEN IN OR NEAR THE SWIMMING POOL AREA. IF WE NEED TO EMPTY THE POOL BECAUSE OF ANY BROKEN GLASS IN THE POOL THE COSTS WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT. IF THERE ARE ANY CHILDREN VISITING MAKE SURE THEY ARE ALWAYS GUARDED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES. NO CHILDREN ARE ALLOWED IN THE SWIMMING POOL UNATTENDED BY AN ADULT.

Several fresh lines and towels are available throughout your stay.
For all reservations there is a 150 cleaning fee.
Our cleaner is scheduled to clean the house but not to clean dirty utensils you may use for cooking. So please make sure when you check out that you leave the kitchen as you have found it.
The house also comes with a resident's parking permit which can be available allowing you to park locally. When you get the parking permit, beware that it will only allow you to park in Fitzroy St, Acland St, Jackson St, Upper Esplanade and Beaconsfield Pde. Please make sure you don't park in any other streets as the inspectors are like lightning! We can arrange permits with advanced notice only. Please let us know as early as possible if you'll have a car while you're staying with us. We do require a deposit for use of the permit which can be collected from our cafe, 10 minutes walk from the House(details provided on confirmation of your booking).
For any authorized late check outs there is no fee. If there is a unauthorised late check out by the guest there is a fee of $40 per hour of extra stay in the apartment.
We have decorated the house to high standards and give the place soul with some of our favourite and precious things and trust that you will respect them.
Ladies please don't use the towels to remove makeup. Please ladies dispose of any of the personal hygiene products properly and do not flash them in the toilets. Any services of a plumber to un-block the toilet bawl will be charged directly to the booking account.
Please make sure to NOT TO LEAVE THE FIRE PLACE ALIGHT and switch off the HEATING and ALL LIGHTS when you are not in the house.
Please be respectful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10:30pm to 7am.
If you have any queries or problems you can call on the mobile number supplied.
We do not mind intimate dinners but NO PARTIES or FUNCTIONS are allowed in the Loft.
Please respect our beautiful house as it would be yours. You are free to use anything in the house, coffee, sugar, cereal etc - but please do not take anything away with you when you check-out.

Hi there! We are Marco & Paul!

We are really helpful and resourceful guys. We eat out a lot and are real foodies. We love Melbourne and St Kilda in particular, and have lived here for years so know all it's fun places to go!

Our style of traveling is being able to immerse ourselves in local culture! We love getting to see the way the locals live, We are not really attracted to doing the "touristy" sort of things but rather getting to know someone for who they are and not just for what they are stereotyped as! We love to try things out of the norm and are always seeking out our next adventure and making friends all along the way!

We like summer more than winter, (although love snow skiing) and savoury always trumps sweet!

We are really proud of our properties and go out of our way to give our guests a wonderful experience rather than just a place to stay. We have met some truly fantastic friends through hosting on Airbnb, and love extending our hospitality to new guests all the time!
