This studio room is perfect for couples and has been renovated about 12 months ago. It resembles a modern hotel style room and is right in the heart of Huskisson, Jervis Bay. It includes a quality queen size bed & linen, kitchenette and bathroom.

FREE WIFI now available for all guests.

PLEASE NOTE: Our minimum stay is 2 nights all year around except for peak period. Our minimum stay over the peak period is 3 nights. This peak period goes from 22nd Dec 2017 - 13th January 2018 and includes the Easter break. All other long w/ends are a 3 night min stay.

ROOM DESCRIPTION
The studio room is the perfect retreat for couples or singles looking for a relaxed getaway at beautiful Jervis Bay without having to break the bank on accommodation! Bath towels & linen are supplied; all you need to bring are your own beach towels to make the most of the beautiful Jervis Bay beaches which are right on your doorstep, closest beach being a few min walk from the room!

Basic amenities are also supplied to get you started (tea, coffee, small milks, toilet paper, salt, pepper, sugar, soap etc.). The kitchenette has basic facilities; a microwave, small bar fridge, kettle, toaster, plates/cutlery etc.

The studio room is on the lower level of the Nautilus Apartments complex and faces the main street of Huskisson (Owen Street). The window and street level door have been tinted for guests privacy. Unfortunately there is no WIFI with the studio room.

The studio room is right in the heart of Huskisson and "Husky" is the gateway to Jervis Bay. Take a walk down Owen Street where you will find numerous restaurants, cafes, wine bars and the newly renovated pub “The Huskisson". Dolphin and Whale Watching Cruises are just metres away, as are the famous white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of Jervis Bay.

CHECK IN & KEY COLLECTION
Check in is STRICTLY on or after 2pm unless otherwise approved by Nautilus Management. Keys must be collected from the key box located adjacent to door way on right hand side of car park garage door by using the code issued with your booking confirmation.

Once check-in has taken place, keys are the responsibility of the tenant. If keys are lost or locked inside the apartment a call out fee of $50 (after 7pm) applies which will be deducted from the tenants bond. If a remote is lost a replacement cost of $66 will be deducted from the tenants bond.

CHECK OUT & KEY DROP OFF
Check out is STRICTLY on or before 10am unless otherwise approved by Nautilus Management. Front door key and garage remote must be returned to the key box from where they were collected using the code issued with your booking confirmation. Failure to return the keys and remote to the key box by 10am will incur a $50.00 charge, which will be deducted from the bond. If check-out occurs later than midday (unless otherwise approved by Nautilus Management), a full nights tariff will apply and be deducted from the bond.

Studio room sleeps 2 adults, a max 1 infant (if in a travel cot). Does not sleep extra people, only has one queen bed. If you have more people please look at our 2 or 3 bedroom apartment option, also listed on Air Bnb.

Parking
Garage parking is provided for the studio room (car space 6). Car spaces are marked as per apartment number. There is one car space per apartment. For additional cars there is plenty of free off-street parking outside the apartments in Field St.

Smoking
There is strictly no smoking inside the premises. Anyone caught doing so will be asked to leave the property.

CLEANING, BBQ & EXCESS GARBAGE
It is the occupant's responsibility to ensure that the property is left in a clean and tidy manner. The dishwasher is to be left empty and dishes put away in cupboards. Bench tops are to be left clean and clear. All furniture must be left in original position. Excess garbage is your responsibility, and must be disposed of on departure. Each apartment has its own numbered bins. The red bin is for household waste and the yellow bin is for recycling (for cardboard, glass, paper and glass only). Failure to comply with the above will result in an additional cleaning fee of minimum $50.00, which will be deducted from the bond.

OCCUPANCY RULES
The following conditions apply to all guests occupying the premises:
(a) The premises shall be occupied solely for residential purpose by those persons listed on the booking. The premises shall not be used as a venue for social functions, including but not limited to weddings, receptions, bucks and hens parties or any other social gathering. STRICT NO PARTY POLICY!!!
(b) No person on the premises shall be guilty of conduct that is a nuisance to adjoining or neighbouring occupiers. Excess noise is not permitted after 11pm under any circumstance. Nautilus Management reserves to right to evict guests who are found to be violating the noise curfew of 11pm. All courtyard areas need to be vacated by this time to avoid disruption to other guests.
(c) The number of occupant's MUST NOT exceed the number advertised and prescribed on booking. Failure to comply will result in termination of this agreement.
(c) Seafood is not to be gutted, scaled or cleaned at the property. Seafood scraps are not to be left behind in bins, please freeze them and take them with you on departure.
(d) No responsibility is taken for the occupants personal property left at the premises.
(e) Strictly NO SMOKING on the premises
(f) Strictly no pets are allowed

LOSS AND DAMAGE
The guest accepts responsibility for and agrees to indemnify the owner against any loss or damage to the premises or contents caused by them or guests of theirs during the guest's occupancy. The guest must report any damages, breakages or lost items (including keys) immediately to Nautilus Apartments management.

FIRE SAFETY & PENALTIES
Each apartment is fitted with a 1KG DCP ABE Fire Extinguisher and the 1m x 1m Fire Blanket. These are for Fire Fighting only. If you are not fully trained please DO NOT USE. ANYBODY CAUGHT TAMPERING WITH THIS EQUIPMENT WILL BE CHARGED A $200 CALL OUT FEE PLUS REPLACEMENT OFF THE EQUIPMENT.

Thank you Jess for having us stay at Myola studio room. The room is exactly like pictures. Very clean with dual access from secure garage and on street. We felt it was private with tinted windows and the fence us both windows has blinds. The location was perfect on Owen Street and it was lovely being able to stroll down the street for all the amenities. We also found the self check-in process seamless considering we were leisurely in our drive down from Sydney with a couple stops on the way. The kitchenette was a great additiom with microwave, kettle, toaster plus other items in the drawers. Small milks were in the mini fridge and tea and coffee were provided. I would highly recommend travellers to stay here.

Loved our weekend down in Huskisson! Made all the better by Jess's 'Myola' studio right in the middle of town.

Very convenient for the main cafes and shops as well as an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Studio is clean, tidy and comfortable, ideal for a few nights away from home.

Lovely little studio at the end of Huskisson's main street. Easy check in, prompt and helpful replies to any communication. The info and activity booklets were very helpful. Certainly recommend.
