We lost our home in the fire Nov 28, 2016 and are rebuilding. The house will be framed around Christmas 2017 and should be open late spring 2018. See the new house design in our photos. It will be amazing! We have the best view of Gatlinburg and the surrounding mountains anywhere! Perched above the city, day is lush green mountains for miles, dusk is sunsets, and night is city lights glimmering in the valley. 5 private bedrooms with baths. Beautiful penthouse has panoramic views. Sleeps 22.
This cabin is the highest on the hill overlooking Gatlinburg from the northeast.
It is a prominent landmark tourists can see from the strip in Gatlinburg.
Guests have said the day view is gorgeous, while the night view with the city lights is even more spectacular. The old home was a rustic cabin but for the rebuild we designed a custom mountain home that takes advantage of the views from every possible angle and has lots of deck space facing the view. Five bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a large kitchen - dining - family room space, and a large game room make an ideal place for family reunions or a few families traveling together. The penthouse is the most amazing feature of the house and would rent for over $200/night. We have off-street parking for 4 cars easy or 6+ if you don't mind playing musical cars. Location is only 1.5 miles / 5 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg.
Disponible para huéspedes
All parts of the cabin are accessible aside from owner and housekeeping closets.
Atención a los huéspedes
We are always available by phone and have housekeepers in town to take care of any needs. We enjoy getting to know our guests. Some send us selfies and tell us about their adventures, and it is fun to be a virtual part of our guests vacation! :) We aren't just renting a home but trying to help you have the best vacation ever!

The drive up to the cabin is pretty tame by mountain standards, but it isn't flat either. The last half mile climbs a few hundred feet, which is no problem in dry weather or rain. But snow and ice requires waiting for the city to clear the road. Trailers and motorcycles are not recommended, though very experienced motorcyclists can get to the home safely with care.
We allow big families (up to 18) but no noise and no loud parties. The street is VERY quiet, with only a few other rental cabins nearby. Also, it is worth noting that the city does not allow fireworks (some guests have used them in the past, so we are obligated to mention it).
