Gorgeous loft-style apartment in the heart of brownstone Brooklyn.
A former warehouse, the apartment retains original charm, high ceilings, exposed brick walls, beautiful wood floors. Sunny south (rear) facing and quiet building.
The loft is extremely large and tastefully decorated - over 1250sq ft plus 300 sq ft. private patio -- a rare and amazing find for NYC!
The loft is a huge open-concept space with a private outdoor patio, central AC and great heat that you can control in winter.
Open Concept - no separate rooms, it is all one large space. Has one Queen Bed and can accommodate up to 3 extra people (Queen Aerobed and Couch).
Fresh linens + towels and some toiletries provided. The apartment has extremely fast wireless internet (Verizon Fios), Smart TV: wifi, Netflix, Hulu, etc., Stereo system. I have a well equipped modern kitchen with a
dishwasher, gas stove/oven, microwave. Private outdoor patio with propane BBQ, hammock, vegetable + herb garden. Great office/studio space if you are in town to work. Coin operated laundry in the basement. The apartment has high ceilings and is on the main floor (no stairs). Located in a quiet 9-unit building. Subways: G, C + S trains nearby, as well as B52, 48, 44 buses and Citibike on the block. Free Street Parking. I also allow dogs to stay if they are quiet and well behaved (no cats, sorry, allergies).
It really is a true oasis in the heart of Brooklyn!
Disponible para huéspedes
The building is quiet and I ask my guests to respect the neighbors while making themselves at home. If you are a smoker please smoke outside on the luxurious private patio!
Atención a los huéspedes
You get the apartment all to yourself during your stay. If I am in town I will be there to check you in and show you around, if not I will arrange to get the keys to you and leave a detailed list of the workings of the apartment and be accessible by phone + email.

This is my home, meaning that I own it and live in it and love it and hope you will love it too. It has personality and is well decorated -- it's NOT a hotel or crappy ikea-furnished not-someones-real-apartment airbnb -- you will actually be living in a real Brooklyn apartment, one that is better than most because of its size and style.
I ask my guests to please respect my neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum. Obviously if you are here on a long-term sublet you are welcome to have guests over, but no raging parties.
I have had wonderful experiences hosting on airbnb, but have had a few past incidents of damage to my property, therefore, I require a deposit (via airbnb) which will be returned in full if there is no damage.
Have fun and enjoy your stay!
