Views! Views! Views! Looking to drive a little and save a bunch? Wooded setting with huge mountain views, large gourmet kitchen and plenty of room to relax highlight the features of our Colorado Mountain Ski Home. We seriously have 360 degrees of views out every window and we think we've found the perfect combination of Colorado scenary, peaceful relaxation, access to activities and convenience to the town of Breckenridge.

Light and bright, our home features two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is the perfect getaway for families or friends, wanting to enjoy the Colorado Mountain snow and winters, yet just a few minutes from Breckenridge and world class skiing.

Our single family home offers a ton of space. Check out our huge, gourmet kitchen, full dining and living areas. With large windows, the combination living/dining/kitchen is a wonderful place to hang out and take in the Colorado landscape. We also have a deck off the dining area with table/chairs and a grill.

Both bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom features a King size bed (new) with attached bath and awesome views out the windows towards the back of our property. The 2nd bedroom has a set of bunk beds (2 twins) and a queen size futon. This bedroom accesses the full bath just down the hall.

We purchased this home for location and easy access to town. We are located in Quandary Village, which holds some of the best valued of homes available in Breckenridge Real Estate. Located 8.5 miles south of the Town of Breckenridge, Quandary Village is the last subdivision before Hoosier Pass. Many of the lots and homes offer spectacular views of Quandary Peak, Northstar Mountain and Red Mountain. This subdivision arguable has some of the best views in all of Summit County!

Quandary Village Sub aka Northstar Village is a well designed sub-division with just over 100 homes. They offer easy access with road maintenance and snow removal during winter months.

Summer is also lovely here. Quandary / Northstar Village will bring you close to several hiking trails. Quandary Peak is one of the more popular trails as well as McCullough Gulch and the Mohawk Lakes, just to name a few. Outdoor activities are in abundance south of Breckenridge yet it is only a short drive to Breckenridge Ski Resort.

Guests have access to entire home. Basement area is locked off for owner's storage and is almost always un-occupied. There is VERY OCCASSIONAL owner family usage of the lock off, generally just overnight quick stay during ski season or to pick up equipment. The lock off has an exterior separate entry, so no one will enter the home or use the garage during guest stays. You may see an additional vehicle in the driveway if one of the owner's family is there.

Since I live off site from the home (about 30 minutes away), I do not always have the pleasure of meeting my guests. But, I am available via telephone or email if you have any questions or need any help with your stay.

Please note that our home is at approximately 11,000 feet. Makes for great views! But, we do occasionally have folks with some issues with the altitude, especially in the cold. Drink plenty of fluids and limit alcohol if you are experiencing symptoms of altitude sickness. Aspirin and vitamin water also help. For extreme or pro-longed cases, we recommend a visit to the doctor or emergency room for assistance.

Minimum age for all renters is 25, unless accompanied by parents.

Renters will be responsible for any property damages incurred during their stay.

Condo does not offer daily cleaning services. All towels and linens are provided for your stay.

Condo has an attached two car garage plus surface parking for plent of space! Please note that the neighbor does park his plow truck in our driveway, but he also plows the snow so we can get out! Nice trade!

One time cleaning fee applies to each reservation. This cleaning fee is for standard cleaning and linens. Cleaning service will charge a fee for excessive cleaning required and if charged, this fee will be the responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation or taken from the security deposit. Any issues or concerns with cleaning should be reported immediately so that we can address.

This is a non smoking unit. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy when it comes to smoking in the unit. This includes both cigarette smoke and marijuana (pot) smoke. Any smoking in the home or on the property will be subject to an immediate $350 fine and will be accessed to the credit card used on the reservation or taken directly from the security deposit. This fine is subject for smoking remnants as well as cigarette or pot odors. Additional fees may be charged if carpet cleaning and/or dry cleaning is needed to remove smoke odors. We want everyone to have a good time, but not at the expense of the cleaning company, property owner or our next guest's comfort in arriving to a clean unit. Appreciate your understanding.

Please abide by check-in and check-out times unless exceptions have been previously arranged. Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. Check-in and out are handled via text message with Patty.

We recently stayed at this wonderful house and we loved every second of it. The views are exactly what the claim to be… Wonderful! Everything was perfect about our stay. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. The house is only 20 minutes away from Breckenridge so you can enjoy nature and the town with ease. The roads are steep and with snow can be a bit of a challenge even with 4 wheel drive so just plan ahead. Patty was a wonderful host for us and answered every question promptly. I can’t wait to stay here again next year! We loved this place and you will too!

This house is great!! The views are incredible just like the description says. It has a total of 2 rooms, 1 with a queen bed and the other one with bunk beds. The only thing you have to keep in mind is that it is located in a neighborhood about 20 minutes away from the town of Breckenridge. This was great for us because we wanted to get away from the city. I would recommend you get a car if you stay here. Everything is great about it you won't regret it
