The Big Bend is at your doorstep. Enjoy a private, fully furnished 500 square foot apartment with a bedroom, patio, comfortable living, bath and kitchen area. Some of the area's best restaurants, galleries and shopping are within a few blocks.
Alpine is centrally located and ideal for a visit to Marfa, Big Bend National Park, Fort Davis and Marathon.
If you are planning a trip with a large group of friends, the Nopal Suite and White Brush Suite can be booked together and accommodate 7.
The Nopal Suite is one of four apartments on the property where there are friendly neighbors and lovely outdoor spaces. The patio gets sun in the morning where you are welcome to kick up your feet and sip your coffee. Discover the joy of simple, clean, uncluttered space and natural light. Pots & pans, paper products, towels, blankets & pillows, washer & dryer are all available for you to use. The apartment can sleep three with a queen bed in the bedroom and daybed in the living room.
One often-walked path from the apartment is up Avenue B (towards Sul Ross State University) to the top of Hancock Hill where you can gaze down and see Alpine in its entirety or continue on to "The Desk," where students have been recording their ruminations on a hilltop for decades.

In my grandmother’s words, I was “reared” in Alpine. At the age of thirteen, I left for twelve years to go to school and travel the globe. I could not wait to return. After receiving my degree in architecture, I started Fabrica, a local design-build studio that services Alpine and the surrounding areas. I could not be more delighted with my choice to invest in this unique community where traffic is not an everyday headache and most nights you are lucky enough to view a wide open sky brimming with stars. Alpine is far away from the peering eyes of the bright city lights and instant gratification—people swim in holes, hike canyons and take the time to talk to each other when checking out at the hardware store. I love meeting new people and hope to provide a stopping point where those traveling through can enjoy all of the virtues of this small town, its colorful locals, and the exquisite landscape!
