No busy streets to cross as the condo is situated west of Gulf Blvd approximately 200 steps to the white sugary sands! There's plenty to see and do as many local restaurants and watering holes are within walking distance. Historic Corey Avenue is 7 blocks away which often hosts farmer's markets and arts/craft shows on the weekend.

Key to access unit will be inside lockbox outside front door. Access code will be sent approximately 24 hours prior to check in via this website. There will be another key and parking pass inside the unit on the dining table. Key in lockbox needs to be returned ASAP after accessing unit as it is used for emergency purposes only. Any lost key(s) and/or parking pass will result in a fifty ( 50.00 ) dollar replacement fee each and will be deducted from security deposit.
Rental occupancy will not exceed accommodation limit for particular unit which is four ( 4 ) guests. If above said should occur owner has the right to remove guests immediately from the premises and entire security deposit will be forfeited.
Gulf Winds is a non smoking complex. Smoking or evidence there of in and around the condo will result in a two hundred dollar ( 200.00 ) fee deducted from security deposit.
Parking is complimentary and on a first come first serve basis. There is no assigned parking. Please display parking pass in window at all times to avoid ticketing by the city of St. Pete Beach. Parking is limited to one ( 1 ) car per unit ONLY. Any other vehicle types are prohibited. If ticketing should occur, owner shall not be deemed liable.
Pool gate code is in the unit but changes frequently for security purposes. If the code provided does not work please notify me and I will obtain a new one for you. Please check this code when you arrive.
Coin operated laundry facilities are available onsite for your use. Please be respectful of wash/dry times so that others may use as well.
Guest(s) shall assume all liability and responsibility for the cost of missing and/or broken items resulting from their own actions or actions of others while unit is in their possession. Damages will be deducted from security deposit.
Guest(s) agree to abide by ALL condominium rules as set forth by the association representing Gulf Winds.
NO PETS ARE PERMITTED ON THIS PROPERTY AS PER HOA.
There is no guarantee that A/C, appliances, and weather will cooperate during your stay. While every effort is made to keep unit in excellent working condition at all times, no refunds will be issued for mechanical failures and/or acts of nature. Please notify owner immediately in order to expedite necessary repairs.
Please do not sit on furniture with sun tan lotion or oil or with wet bathing attire. Any excessive cleaning of furniture beyond normal will result in additional charges to the guest(s) and removed from security deposit.
Check out procedure:
Please strip all beds of linens and place in laundry basket along with towels.
Wash and dry dishes and return to cupboards.
Remove ALL trash from kitchen and bathroom including open items in refrigerator and/or freezer. Please discard trash in dumpsters located on 68th and 69th Avenues. Unopened items such as bottled water or items that don't require refrigeration such as cooking oil or canned goods may be left for future guests if so desired.
Place outdoor furniture back in living room.
Close and lock all windows and draw blinds. Set A/C to 76 degrees.
Return key to lock box and re enter code provided by owner.
Guest(s) agree to abide by these rules at all times during the course of their stay. Violation may result in immediate removal of premises, termination of contract, and adjustments for damages or excessive cleaning of unit beyond normal usage.
