Key to access unit will be inside lockbox outside front door. Access code will be sent approximately 24 hours prior to check in via this website. There will be another key and parking pass inside the unit on the dining table. Key in lockbox needs to be returned ASAP after accessing unit as it is used for emergency purposes only. Any lost key(s) and/or parking pass will result in a fifty ( 50.00 ) dollar replacement fee each and will be deducted from security deposit.

Rental occupancy will not exceed accommodation limit for particular unit which is four ( 4 ) guests. If above said should occur owner has the right to remove guests immediately from the premises and entire security deposit will be forfeited.

Gulf Winds is a non smoking complex. Smoking or evidence there of in and around the condo will result in a two hundred dollar ( 200.00 ) fee deducted from security deposit.

Parking is complimentary and on a first come first serve basis. There is no assigned parking. Please display parking pass in window at all times to avoid ticketing by the city of St. Pete Beach. Parking is limited to one ( 1 ) car per unit ONLY. Any other vehicle types are prohibited. If ticketing should occur, owner shall not be deemed liable.

Pool gate code is in the unit but changes frequently for security purposes. If the code provided does not work please notify me and I will obtain a new one for you. Please check this code when you arrive.

Coin operated laundry facilities are available onsite for your use. Please be respectful of wash/dry times so that others may use as well.

Guest(s) shall assume all liability and responsibility for the cost of missing and/or broken items resulting from their own actions or actions of others while unit is in their possession. Damages will be deducted from security deposit.

Guest(s) agree to abide by ALL condominium rules as set forth by the association representing Gulf Winds.

NO PETS ARE PERMITTED ON THIS PROPERTY AS PER HOA.

There is no guarantee that A/C, appliances, and weather will cooperate during your stay. While every effort is made to keep unit in excellent working condition at all times, no refunds will be issued for mechanical failures and/or acts of nature. Please notify owner immediately in order to expedite necessary repairs.

Please do not sit on furniture with sun tan lotion or oil or with wet bathing attire. Any excessive cleaning of furniture beyond normal will result in additional charges to the guest(s) and removed from security deposit.

Check out procedure:

Please strip all beds of linens and place in laundry basket along with towels.
Wash and dry dishes and return to cupboards.
Remove ALL trash from kitchen and bathroom including open items in refrigerator and/or freezer. Please discard trash in dumpsters located on 68th and 69th Avenues. Unopened items such as bottled water or items that don't require refrigeration such as cooking oil or canned goods may be left for future guests if so desired.
Place outdoor furniture back in living room.
Close and lock all windows and draw blinds. Set A/C to 76 degrees.
Return key to lock box and re enter code provided by owner.
Guest(s) agree to abide by these rules at all times during the course of their stay. Violation may result in immediate removal of premises, termination of contract, and adjustments for damages or excessive cleaning of unit beyond normal usage.

Although I never met Kristi, she was quite kind during our interactions. The Condo is spotless and all of the furnishings appear new. Both the WiFi and TV worked effectively. The kitchen has all that is needed to prepare meals. There is central air conditioning which works well. Within the Condo complex is pool where you can take a nice dip at the end of the day.

Kristi was an excellent host and home owner of a beautiful condo just steps away from Upham Beach. There is so much to do in the area of St. Pete Beach, with many shops, restaurants, and so much to see!

Kristi's place provided a great get away. I was traveling alone and felt safe and secure during my visit. The unit was clean and well equipped with essential kitchen items. Kristi provided all necessary information in a timely manner. I will definitely stay here again when I need to visit this area.

Kristi's apartment in the Gulf Shores resort was a quick walk away from St Pete Beach and nearby restaurants and shops. We had some issues with the cleaning service, no clean towels or sheets, but we brought our own so it ended up working fine! We did not have WiFi connection for the first few days and no cable/TV for the week we stayed, but we were on the beach or out with family so this was not a problem for us. Kristi was always available for communication and tried to reach the cleaning company several times, but no luck with them coming by. Overall, a great location and we hope to come back again!

Allyson and guests were a pleasure to host. She notified me after her third night that there were several issues regarding linens, WiFi and no cable. I corrected the WiFi issue immediately and the cable/TV required troubleshooting which had to come from the guest as I am remotely located. I have never had a problem in the past with my cleaning company but I intend to address this situation with them personally as it is not acceptable to me. I thank you for your valuable input as I heavily rely on guests for constructive feedback! Hope you come back again sometime!

We had a wonderful stay at Kristi's condo! Super clean, beautiful decor and a cozy atmosphere. There was enough room in the living room for a pack and play and an inflatable toddler bed. It faces the street but is a very short walk to the ocean. We would definitely come back!

Kristi has a wonderful place that is close to beach, nice pool, clean interior, decent storage space, close parking spots. We asked for more towels because we had more than 2 people and cleaning service did bring us more, which was nice. A few things that would have been nice to have would be hooks in bathroom/bedroom, for hanging things like towels and clothes. We had no complaints but the cleaning fee seemed high to us especially since we needed to have all dishes washed and beds striped. Plus we had to sweep behind the couch because maintenance or cleaning service forgot to and left couch out. I would return here it was a nice 4 day vacation!!

Amy and her friends were wonderful guests. I'm glad that the cleaning service could accommodate you quickly. I will definitely look into installing some additional hooks to hang towels and wet bathing suits etc. Unfortunately I don't have any control over their cleaning fees and I as an owner request that guests get rid of trash upon leaving by discarding into outside dumpsters and clean dishes to minimize the chance of any potential issues with critters. I hope you understand! Please come back again... we would love to have you! Thanks!
