Beautiful setting. Could be a fabulous and exceptional AirBnB stay in an historic home, but the space suffers from lack of maintenance that is unrelated to the home's age. Slow wifi.

Unfortunately I had recently had emergency major neurosurgery and was still recovering when they visited. I was in the process of getting the window sills repaired. The house is 1780 and that part of the house doesn't get as good wifi because the walls are 14" deep solid stone but I told them they were welcome to use the dining room. If they had told me it was a problem I would have told them to use wifi down stairs. I have the fastest FiOS service and it is not slow downstairs. I will look into getting a booster for that part of the house. Unfortunately I had agreed to their trip before I was fully resettled and recovered.
