My family's vacation at Cheryl's exceeded my expectations. The condo was really comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The property manager was responsive with my family's needs, and the occupants at Estrella del Mar were friendly and helpful with suggestions for local food and fun. The beach was stunning and the island told a story Mayan history. We hope to visit again one day. Thank you!

Robin’s place was perfect for our multi-generation family holiday. The simple studio apartment on the ground floor was perfect for me and my little kids, and the more luxurious apartment upstairs was very comfortable for grandparents and aunt&uncle! The pool and backyard were tidied daily (the pool was so refreshing and a big hit with the kids), and the beach was just a quick walk over the road. We were perfectly situated for a relaxing and peaceful family trip. Robin organized a van and driver to drive us to and from the airport, and a chef took cook dinners for us — which was such a treat! Robin was super responsive and friendly and always very quick to reply. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others!

It was our second time at Francisco’s house, and we will be back. We always enjoy staying there. People in the community are friendly and so are the staff. Great communication with Francisco & Teresa. Any issues are always taken care of immediately.

Had the best stay in my Mexico travel history. Have to go through 2 seperate secure checkpoints to get access to this neighborhood inside the neighborhood. All the homes are brand new. Positives: safe, had 2 small minor issues that were immediately fixed- they weren’t the owners fault just a drain was clogged and immediately fixed and then new toilet needed a fix and was done with ease. Cons: was so new that it’s difficult to find without coordinates but it’s far worth it. I don’t think there were any cons honestly. They don’t let randoms and strangers in unless you set up and approve it. It’s extremely safe and far better than resorts and hotels overall: Will probably do annual trips and group vacations here from now on. Un buen lugar para conocer Cancún, el condominio es muy lindo, buena ubicación, el dpto limpio, ofrece todo lo que indica en la descripción, Antonio y Teresa son muy amables, te ayudan con todas las dudas, solo para tener en cuenta queda en el tercer piso y no hay ascensor por si va un adulto mayor o presentan alguna condición, el baño de la habitación es chico pero el principal es muy cómodo, volvería a alquilarlo sin duda alguna

This Airbnb is in a great location. Grocery stores are a block away, as well as a fruit stand and several restaurants. The apartment was nice and clean, the air conditioning worked great and the pool was refreshing. As others have noted there is a bar near by that plays loud music…but you can just dance along or wear ear plugs. Our stay was wonderful.

This was a great family apartment. It was spacious and had all the things you need. The pool is heated. Anna was very helpful, she could recommend a really good massageterapeut and Anna also gave us recommendations where to rent a car. The place is close to supermarket and a lot of restaurants and approx 15min to the beach. I would definitely stay at this place again.

Greatest host ever! This was our second time staying at this Airbnb. Phenomenal communication, extremely helpful, and Karla went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. This is our favorite Airbnb on the island.

Great stay at dreams lagoon. This condo is in a quiet area with everything you need close by (shopping, restaurants etc) the R26 bus can take you downtown for only 10pesos if you want to see the city. Some of the best tacos are on the corner by Chedraui “tacos arrieros” we ate there 4 nights in a row. The pool security is a little odd and it can be quite a walk in and out because of the pool setup but the pool is great, don’t forget the white card though. Would return to this condo again had a great time!

El lugar muy cómodo y limpio, la ubicación es excelente, tiene una playa muy bonita. La alberca está muy bonita con una vista hermosa del mar. Amplio estacionamiento. Todo estuvo increible

Stayed here for a few nights with our family and the location was amazing. Collette’s place is nice and clean. We loved that it had extra towels for our family. We relaxed on the balcony in the morning drinking our coffee. The kids had a great time snorkeling and really enjoyed the pool. Definitely recommend Collette’s place!

We had a wonderful time at Eva’s place. Great location- far enough from Hidalgo so that it wasn’t noisy. Clean, well stocked with linens, kitchen utensils, etc. It was just steps away from restaurants, shopping and the beach. No need for a golf cart and easily walkable from ferry. Eva was very responsive to any request! We will be back!

Espacioso apartamento en un condominio residencial, familiar. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones, muy bien equipada. Muy sencillo y claro el ingreso. Además tiene un estacionamiento bajo techo para un vehículo. Quizás la ubicación observación es que la playa está un poco alejada para ir caminando; aunque se puede ir en bici.

À beautiful condo, felt like home. Had a hot water situation but it got fixed right away. Would love to stay here again, and will definitely recommend. Great location, beautiful place :) thanks again for everything

Le condo de Marian est parfait et mieux que sur les photos. J'ai fait beaucoup de Airbnb et c'est le plus propre et le plus équipé que j'ai eu! Il est à distance de marche de tout, un peu bruyant certains soirs mais c'est normal c'est la ville de PDC! Les 2 salles de bain du logement nous ont été très utiles car nous étions 4 personnes. Nous prenions notre petit déjeuner tous les matins sur notre balcon face à la piscine dont nous avons profité également. Beaucoup d'équipements sont disponibles, chaises de plages, 2 parasols, serviettes de plage, 2 machines à café, mélangeur pour smoothie, livres, jeux, casse-têtes...vraiment un endroits que je recommande à 100% . Marian est également très sympathique et les personnes en charge de l'établissement également ! Tout était parfait, merci !

The house was very clean and looked like the photos. Water was provided which was nice and the neighborhood had security which made us feel safer. Also, the surrounding area was safe. We were able to walk around at night.

La estancia fue muy agradable. El departamento está bien ubicado, cerca de la playa y con fácil acceso a tiendas y restaurantes. Es tal como se muestra en las fotos: limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y clara en todo momento. Sin duda es una buena opción si buscas relajarte frente al mar.
