This was my family’s 2nd stay. The first time we weren’t able to enjoy the beach given other commitments. This time we went to the local beach. It was quite and in walking distance. The local spot, Pizzeria Estella, was also a lot of fun. The host are excellent and very quick to respond and attend to their guests.

Excelente el lugar,igualmente que la atención del señor Delfin. Si deseas un lugar donde desconectarte de la ciudad y pasarlo en familia este sin duda alguna lo es. Piscina, juegos para los niños y adultos , BBQ etc. Un lugar seguro para estar. No tuvimos que salir para nada . Las limpieza espectacular y teníamos de todo en la cabaña. La pasamos súper bien, sin duda lo recomiendo 100 % Gracias ; )

We felt like we had hit the lottery on this beautiful home. So many ammenties.... the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The owner has outdoor storage for everything needed for the beach and pool. The outdoor cooking area was great. The veranda on the top floor had a view of the ocean. We walked the beach daily looking for sea glass. The beach was a very short walk from the home. We were close to the bakery and grocery store. The list goes on and on. If we make the trip back to Rincon we will definitely be staying here again!

My family had a great stay! Plenty of room to spread out. Balconies were a great hang out space at the end of the day. I did yoga on the spacious balcony everyday Kitchen well stocked and able to make most of our meals at the house. Location is perfect to walk to multiple different surf spots :Pools and Sandy’s as well as Maria’s. We look forward to coming back!

Casa Menta fue justo lo que necesitaba para desconectarme unos días. Hermosa la casa equipada con todo lo que se necesitaba e incluso más! Los perros estaban seguros y les encantó el poder correr por el patio del frente. Justo cerca de todo en Rincon! Me encantó! Regreso!

We had an absolutely fantastic week at Janet’s condo. Everything was described perfectly, communication was fast and efficient. Our family loved being able to snorkel right out front at the rock reef, finding brain coral, star fish, angel fish and a host of other species. We had two power grid failures but Janet communicated swiftly and they honestly did not affect our trip at all. Highly recommend this spot!

My family of 4 and my sisters family of 4 stayed for 2 weeks. It was perfect. Felt like we each had our own spaces. The stairs are located outside like an apartment building but close to enjoy plenty of time together. The view was breath taking. We had 4 little kids with us and felt very safe. Each room had its own ac which was amazing. I do only wish we had extra bedding or a blanket for the sofa but no big deal we didn’t. Plenty of beach/pool towels which was great! Easy parking at the house, close to everything!! beaches, shopping restaurants. Pool was great and lights up at night which the kids thought was so fun! We received a very detailed email about the home and checking in, local restaurants and sights to see, very much appreciated! We can’t wait to book this home again in the future! Thank you!!

This place is perfect for 2 people traveling together! Kitchen was fabulous with all you need. Great water pressure and temp in the shower! The only thing I would suggest is an umbrella on the top deck - it gets a ton of sunlight so it would be nice to have shaded area in the afternoon while having a beverage!

Great location with plenty of fun things to do nearby. Condo was very nice and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfortable apartment just a short walk from the beach and close to the Econo grocery store and Lala’s Beach. The kitchen was well stocked for simple cooking. Great to have a dishwasher! The beds (both queens) were on the firm side, but we slept fine. The air conditioning worked great. Shower was hot with great water pressure and the tub was new. Everything was well-maintained and seemed pretty new. The lighting inside was great, so even though we didn’t open all the dark drapes or crank all the windows open every morning, it never felt dark inside. The best part of the place for us was the big covered patio in the backyard. We ate our breakfast there every morning and used it as a wonderful refuge during afternoon rainstorms. Hosts really seemed committed to taking good care of the place and seeing to our comfort. Would definitely stay again.

Excelente localización! Céntrico en Rincón. Justo como lo describe, muy limpio y con lo necesario. Hasta con snacks y agua embotellada nos recibieron. Nos encantó.

Juan was amazing! Juan made check in and check out as least stressful as possible with very clear directions and was flexible as well! His chill energy created a very peaceful and comfortable experience staying in his beautiful place in a great location! There was plenty to do within walking distance and he provided wonderful beach gear for a beach just a short walk away! My family and I highly recommend this stay and hope to come back again!

This is our 2nd time staying as Kasa Maui and we will definitely be back. Super walkable to local restaurants and beaches and the grill was a plus!

Allison was extremely responsive, very helpful with reservations and questions. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants, coffee, stores and the main downtown square. We were there to enjoy Thursday night Art Walk, filled with vendors, food, drinks and great music! Beaches in walking distance and short drive to many others. You won’t be disappointed!

Michelle’s place is perfect for a solo female traveler like me. I never felt unsafe. The house is super cute and the outdoor spaces are perfect. Michelle was great with local recommendations and suggestions on parking and great snorkeling locations. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean apartment and grounds are well maintained. Parking is convenient right out front and the apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

the place was perfect for my wife and i..everything we needed was in the studio.nice peaceful spot.waterfront was awesome..the Thursday nights festivals downtown rincon are live..the vw bus coffee spot(daily dose) have the best ice coffee.the local beaches are very nice . host was quick to respond with answers and suggestions. will definitely come back...we loved it...

El Sr. Frank cuenta con u a joya de apartamento en un espacio que no querrás abandonar. Playa Corcega es excelente hasta para tomar el sol! extremadamente tranquila y no es concurrida por muchas personas. La vista no tiene precio. Cada centavo valió la pena para la gran experiencia que es quedarse en este espacio. Gracias Sr. Frank por cada detalle y compartir su espacio. Desde pasar el día en la habitación, piscina, playa o negocios. Este espacio lo tiene todo. El condominio es extremadamente tranquilo y los habitantes son muy amables con los que visitan. Su espacio es nuestro favorito. GRACIAS!

We had an amazing stay! The place was in a great location, very clean, looked just like the pictures, and made us feel right at home. Anything that we needed was available and there were many nearby places to eat and explore. Look forward to staying again!

Horacio's condo was exactly as described. It was comfortable for the three of us and had everything we needed in terms of amenities, kitchen equipment, and comfortable beds. The location is great. It's right across the street from the Rincon town beach and an easy walk to beautiful Dona Lala's beach and the town central square. Many other beaches are within a short drive. The patio, pool and outdoor shower were very nice. David

Host ensured instructions were clear and was very communicative. I traveled with parents and they loved the amenities. Matched the description. Very very accommodating. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly. We are already planning a trip back. Couldn't be more thankful.

Great locations. Just as pictured. Only negative would be limited comfortable seating in living room. There is a table and chairs for games but small loveseat is main seating in living room. It is a small negative overall we enjoyed and would definitely stay again. We walked to the down town area about 20 minutes away. Felt safe and there were well lit sidewalks. Beach is less than 2 minute walk and very swimmable.

Great location with easy access to private beach and clean pool. Walking distance for several restaurants and a short drive to many others. Beautiful sunset views! Beach chairs and an umbrella were very helpful since we couldn’t bring those on the plane.
