Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con chimenea en Province of Ancona

We verbleven een aantal dagen in het huis van Massimo in februari (winter). Ondanks dat het weer een uitdaging was, was de omgeving prachtig. De velden zijn fris groen en de eerste bloesem komt tevoorschijn. Het huis is traditioneel ingericht, zoals de ouders van Massimo het hebben achtergelaten (zie foto’s interieur) inclusief trouwfoto’s. Je hebt het gevoel alsof je het huis van goede vrienden leent. De locatie is perfect. Mooi zicht op Corinaldo, binnen 45 minuten rijden zit je of op het strand of in de bergen. Daartussen het glooiende Marche landschap. Alles was schoon en Massimo had al zoveel klaar gezet dat we er bijna verlegen van werden. Zijn enthousiasme en vriendelijkheid zijn geweldig. Hij denk met je mee, legt veel uit en neemt de tijd voor je. En tijdens het verblijf houdt hij vriendelijk contact via W-App. Kortom een onvergetelijke ervaring! Wifi is prima, supermarkt/tankstation binnen 5 minuten. Geen last van buren. Ligt aan rustige weg.

La casa è molto bella, il panorama è strepitoso, un posto molto piacevole dove rilassarsi e da cui partire per visitare i dintorni. Silvia è stata sempre molto gentile e disponibile per dare indicazioni e per adattarsi alle nostre esigenze.

Cute Unterkunft. Gut zu wissen ist, dass auf dem Grundstück auch die Nachbarshunde rumlaufen. Die Waren sehr lieb und sehr süß, nur als Info für Gäste gut, die vielleicht Angst vor Hunden haben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Schönes geräumiges Haus und toller Lage.

Roberto’s place was absolutely lovely! With a marvellous view, a fairly short drive from the centre of Ancona but also in very peaceful surroundings, it was a perfect mix of convenience and calm. The house was spotless and very well equipped, with even more amenities than we’d expected. For 3 people, it was more than comfortable in terms of space, the beds were comfortable, kitchen fully equipped, the wifi very good, and the terrace with a beautiful view was a perfect addition. Roberto was very friendly, proactive and clear in communication, and the check-in, as well as check-out, procedure was very smooth. I would be more than happy to stay at Roberto’s place once more when travelling to Ancona!

Io e mia moglie Abbiamo soggiornato in questa colonica immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità. Il letto era comodo e le notti sono trascorse nella quiete della campagna. Lo spazio esterno è molto adatto per trascorrere piacevoli serate nelle stagioni più calde. Noi ci siamo stati nei primi giorni di novembre e quindi abbiamo potuto apprezzare di più le qualità della casa al suo interno. La cucina è dotata di tutto l’occorrente. Massimo ci ha accolto molto gentilmente e si è prodigato subito per risolverci un problema relativo al riscaldamento ed allo scarico del lavello di cucina, cosicché il nostro soggiorno si è svolto senza problemi. Esperienza positiva.

Wij hebben zo ontzettend genoten. Renata is een geweldige gastvrouw. Ze is ontzettend vriendelijk en doet er alles aan om het haar gasten naar de zin te maken. Ze reageerde heel snel op onze vragen. De locatie is geweldig, het appartement zit aan het woonhuis van Renata maar toch heb je echt een soort privé locatie. Ook enorm aan te raden voor een gezin met kind(eren). Wij komen zeker nog eens terug.

Magnifique logement dans une résidence adorable . La piscine est incroyable La maison est très confortable. Parfaite même en cas de jour de pluie ! Debbie est très réactive et sympathique . Je recommande vivement ce logement 😊

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von Laura sehr freundlich empfangen. Sie hat uns direkt das Haus gezeigt und uns sofort viele tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants in der Umgebung genannt. Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum. Es ist sehr sauber und alles ist top gepflegt. Die Veranda und der Garten sind wunderschön angelegt mit tollem Blick auf den Ort und die Natur. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Restaurants sowie die schönen, kleinen Nachbarorte sind alle super mit dem Auto oder sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen. Laura ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hatte sehr viele wertvolle Tipps für uns, die unseren Urlaub unvergesslich machten ! Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch ! Wir können die Casale di Laura nur wärmstens empfehlen !!

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza veramente fantastica nell'alloggio di Adriana. È stata per noi la casa più bella delle nostre vacanze. Un contesto favoloso di vero relax nelle colline del Conero con un panorama sul mare eccezionale . Le dimensioni della casa, la cura e l'attenzione ai minimi particolari e i servizi offerti hanno superato le nostre aspettative. Adriana e il marito sono stati gentilissimi: ci hanno accolto personalmente dandoci tutte le informazioni sull'alloggio e alcuni consigli sulla zona. Ci hanno lasciato inoltre anche delle provviste di alimenti oltre ad un omaggio personale. Una casa vacanze e degli host quindi super consigliati!

The apartment was great. Lots of room and very clean. Great host and gave recommendations for nearby food and activities. The apartment is also in a great location with beautiful views.

Romina è un host molto accogliente e gentile. Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato una settimana nella sua dependance e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Siamo stati accolti da lei di persona all’arrivo, con orario flessibile per il check-in, e guidati passo-passo su come ambientarci nel suo alloggio e nella zona, con diversi consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni. L’alloggio era perfettamente pulito e profumato, con anche a disposizione alcuni piccoli comfort non comuni da trovare in altri alloggi airbnb. Abbiamo avuto la compagnia anche dei suoi tre bellissimi cani in giardino, pacati e coccoloni. La zona offre moltissimo da visitare, noi in particolare abbiamo esplorato le spiagge più belle del Conero, vari borghi come Recanati, Jesi e Offagna e le grotte di Frasassi, solo per fare alcuni esempi. Consiglio l’alloggio di Romina, ci si sente a casa.

Cordialità, disponibilità e gentilezza nei confronti dell’ospite! La casa è situata al secondo piano di un palazzo molto carino, ascensorato. Abbiamo trovato la casa riscaldata! Consigliatissimo!

My stay at Loredana’s house was fantastic! The house was cozy, the bed was soft, and the area was beautiful. Loredana was an amazing host—she was very friendly and supported us with anything we needed. She also prepare breakfast for us in advance, which was such a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend staying here! ♥️♥️

Silke was WONDERFUL! She was extremely responsive and helped with incredible recommendations and even made reservations for our group. She was friendly and was around to assist to however not intrusive. Our time there would not have been the same without her there! The views were stunning, even with the rain we had plenty to do and places to spend time. We spent many nights with great memories made on the veranda! Her house was magical and she was a joy! We loved our time in le marche. The house was great with everything we needed and we spent many hours lounging by the pool looking out over the hills. Francesco was brilliant - he was super helpful, responsive and even called a restaurant to change a booking for us when our Italian failed us. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone - if you are thinking about booking just do it, you won't regret it!

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Urlaub mit zwei Familien. Ausreichend Schlafplätze, eine tolle Küche … und natürlich der Pool … waren einfach wunderbar. Bei Fragen gab es schnelle und kompetente Rückmeldungen und Lösungen. Es gab viele Mücken, aber dank der Fliegengitter an einigen Fenstern, ließ es sich halbwegs kontrollieren. Das Haus könnte einige kleine Renovierungen vertragen … das hat aber unseren Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Vielen Dank

Alloggio molto bello con spazi adeguati ad ospitare un gruppo numeroso di persone (noi eravamo 12). Abbiamo trascorso il Capodanno presso Casa Bellavista, alloggio che sicuramente esprime meglio tutte le sue potenzialità in stagione estiva ma comunque adattissimo anche per chi vuole passare un weekend in compagnia in una zona molto tranquilla. Celeri nelle risposte e sempre molto disponibili, sicuramente valuteremo se tornare anche d’estate per trascorrerci qualche giorno.

War sehr schön...im großen und ganzen. Aber ohne Auto ist es schlecht. 30 min ca. zum nächsten einkaufsmöglichkeit . Aber so sonst das Haus die Lage sehr schön....wenn mann ruhe haben möchte. Frederico ist auch sehr nett und hilfbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
