We loved our visit to Providence, and this lovely home was a great base for us. It was well-equipped and super clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was close to grocery stores and restaurants, and we were easily able to find street parking The two-story layout gave our 20-something kids plenty of room of their own on the second floor. They needed to do some virtual work while we were traveling, and several of the bedrooms had really good desks for this. There was another desk in a small landing area at the top of the stairs as well.

Just like the pictures! Very nice apartment and building. Squeaky clean and very comfortable! My family and I felt right at home. The area is very quiet and peaceful. The instructions to check in and out was crystal clear. Josh is a great host and was responsive. I have no complaints. I will definitely book again when I come back to Rhode Island. Thank you again Josh.

We enjoyed every minute of our time at Kayde’s property. Not only did she accommodate us late at night when our original Airbnb didn’t work out as planned, but the space was clean and perfect and the restaurant recommendation she gave us for the restaurant her family owns was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. We are so appreciative our girls’ weekend turned out the way it did because of Kayde.

Vivian was a FANTASTIC host. She was proactive in communication, shared lots of local recommendations, and shared information far in advance of our stay. She was incredibly quick to respond to random questions and I felt prepared for check-in, parking, and staying at her place. The home was beautiful - even bigger than the pictures portray and was the perfect location for a girl's weekend trip. Everything was comfortable and clean and was a great, centrally located apartment for everything we wanted to do during a New England weekend of seeing the fall leaves changing!

Great spot, right around the corner from so many great bars, restaurants, and stores. Our dogs loved the backyard. Also appreciated all the thoughtful touches—even a little bow on our paper towels, candles for ambiance, and plush towels. We felt really cared for. The only drawback is parking on Friday and Saturday night when the area is hoping. You can get a spot, but it just might take some waiting or walking.

We loved Nicole apartment in Providence, the location was great and the apartment had everything needed. It was spotless, comfortable and even had coffee and cream. A few things to note, there is a 711 right across the street for any last minute needs. There are many great bars and restaurants within walking distance, our favorite was Camiles ( Italian) and Nolans ( little irish bar). If ever in Providence again we would definitely stay at Nicole apartment.

Second visit in a month, as excellent as last month. Highly recommended, perfect location; walk to Providence College and Smith St.

This house is cozy and in a great location. A few things are still needed (e.g., dining room table) if you have three or more people staying there and a few small updates, but it's charming. We were there for three months with our dog, and were happy there.

My family & I had a fantastic stay at Richard's beautiful home. The place is warm, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Richard is an amazing host! Communicative, friendly and incredibly welcoming. He went above and beyond by kindly allowing us an early arrival and late departure, which made our trip even more convenient and stress-free. When we hit a snowstorm, Richard was kind enough to leave salt& shovel, ensuring we had everything we needed to stay safe. From start to finish, everything was smooth, and well organised . HIGHLY recommend & would love to stay here again!

We had a last minute trip to Rhode Island and Michelle the host was so accommodating and hospitable. The space was large enough for our group and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. Grateful to have found this gem in Providence. Beautiful stay and warm welcome.

This is definitely one of the nicest AB&Bs I've stayed in. Incredibly clean. Quiet. Has everything. Impeccably decorated and put together. I actually wished were there longer. If you need to stay in this area don't hesitate.

Ashley’s place was great. It was perfect for what we needed. The ten of us had plenty of room. The rooms were big enough and the sitting area fit us. It’s just a short drive to the city. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very large space. bedrooms are equipped with the necessities. Kitchen isn't stocked immensely well if you plan to do any real cooking but it's fine in a pinch. The house is a little draft in the winter, probably because the window ac units were left in and the exterior doors have large gaps on the bottom of them, but for the price is was fine. There is a park nearby which is convenient for those bringing pets. Communication was sparse but existent prior to the stay and covered the explanation regarding how to get in, but nonexistent during and at checkout when concerns/questions arose. There is only parking for 3 cars, even though the house sleeps 8. Something to keep in mind. It is very obvious that the house is exclusively used as a budget airbnb and it shows in the care in which the property is kept. that said, it gets the job done.

This is the most amazing air bnb that you will ever find. You are not just renting a house, you are renting a once in a lifetime experience. Sitting in the fireplace room feels like a trip back in time….it is impossible not to sit there and wonder about the stories and songs that were shared in that room throughout its lifetime. Every detail of the house is thoughtful and well cared for. There is a guidebook that explains the history and architecture of the house and historical books throughout. The 1920’s stove was easy to use and just beautiful. The property is huge, private and the grounds are peaceful and full of old trees. Even the neighborhood it is in feels like a step back to the 60’s…very walkable with sidewalks. Reminiscent of the tv show “The Wonder Years.” Easy access to 295 and anywhere you wish to go in Rhode Island. With that said my advice would be to bring what you need and stay put because you won’t want to leave! My family and I had a most memorable Christmas!

Place was nice!! Hot tub didn’t look like it had been used in a very long time- don’t book if that is something you are looking for.

There was a cyclone the day after we arrived. We asked I if there were umbrellas in the unit and told no but that's a good idea. We left for breakfast. When we returned 2 umbrellas were sitting by our door. These are very responsive hosts. We were very happy with the accommodations. They meet the needs of our trip.

Mustafa's place is in a great location, walking distance to good restaurants and cafes. Mustafa is a responsive host and his place was exactly as described. Check in and check out were easy and having off-street parking was a great perk. We would stay again!

Great visit to see our son at providence! One of the cleanest airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. So much thought given to little extras ie phone chargers everywhere, ice machine, make up towels, among others!! Will definitely stay here again our next visit to PC! Ryan also accommodated a late check out. Go Friars!!

This apartment was well situated close to downtown, very clean and pleasant. Neighborhood is pretty and restaurants in the area were great. We used it mostly just as a place to sleep, so it was perfect for us. There is no living room, but kitchen, bathroom, and dining area and 3 bedrooms. It is well equipped with things you may have forgotten like razor, shampoo/conditioner, body wash. I was grateful for the earplugs because the plumbing is surprisingly noisy. Check out is blissfully low effort like a hotel.

Host was extremely responsive and accurate location was peaceful. and pretty. home was spotless and well decorated. the people living above us during were respectful and allowed my gf and I to have our privacy
