We had a fantastic stay at Keiko's place with 6 adults and 6 young kids. The house was spacious and perfect for our group, with lots of room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the charming kids' room with bunk beds, and the house had so much character, making it enjoyable for both the kids and the adults. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and the bathrooms were modern and well-kept. Plus, the towels were exquisite—such a nice touch! Keiko was a wonderful host, always available and ensuring we had everything we needed. The location was also convenient, close to local attractions. We highly recommend this place for families or larger groups, and we would definitely love to stay again!

Carol's house is beautiful - well appointed furnishings, clean, and very large with plenty of room. Carol was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. My family was very happy here. I want to add that I suffer from terrible dust allergies and I was extremely comfortable staying at Carol's. I could not believe how clean and dust-free it was for such a large house - very well maintained!

Wonderful host! A beautiful space that’s perfect for families, you’ll feel right at home here. I can’t say enough about how wonderful A was as a host, I mixed up our dates and she swooped in like an angel to work it all out. Would definitely recommend her place to anyone visiting the area. On top of all that the backyard is really spectacular.

The house was absolutely beautiful and the surroundings breathtaking. Even with the lake drained it was gorgeous and so peaceful. Sarah was amazing and so quick to respond to any questions that we had. The house was perfect and had anything we could have ever thought of or needed. It created a wonderful space for our family to unwind and relax. I would absolutely recommend this to friends and family and would love to come back over the warmer months. Both our teenage daughters did not want to leave!

Very large space. bedrooms are equipped with the necessities. Kitchen isn't stocked immensely well if you plan to do any real cooking but it's fine in a pinch. The house is a little draft in the winter, probably because the window ac units were left in and the exterior doors have large gaps on the bottom of them, but for the price is was fine. There is a park nearby which is convenient for those bringing pets. Communication was sparse but existent prior to the stay and covered the explanation regarding how to get in, but nonexistent during and at checkout when concerns/questions arose. There is only parking for 3 cars, even though the house sleeps 8. Something to keep in mind. It is very obvious that the house is exclusively used as a budget airbnb and it shows in the care in which the property is kept. that said, it gets the job done.

This was a great stay for my husband and I. Super clean and comfy, I loved that it was private and close to anything we wanted to do!

This home was absolutely how it was described. Plenty of room for us and the finished basement with an extra bedroom, wet bar, huge flat screen, and a comfy couch was a bonus! My grandchildren hung put downstairs while the adults sat around the table and played card games. We were intrigued by the beautiful yard and lake. Everyone wants to come back in the summer to hang by the fireplace and BBQ on the deck. This is definitely one of my favorite Airbnb!! Joshua was very accommodating and responded quickly to my messages. Absolutely a beautiful place!!

Jo Ann's house is located in a neighborhood of single-family homes on a quiet backstreet in Warwick. Prior to our arrival, we communicated our ETA to Jo Ann and she promptly sent us the door code. It was a breeze getting into the house. The inside of the house is well described in the text and photos accompanying its listing. The floor plan is very open. There are a lot of windows and on the sunny days we were there, the home was flooded with sunlight. The beds, including the Murphy bed, were quite comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and spices/oils. There is even a jug for drinking water, though the tap water is very good. While we didn't get to stroll around the surrounding neighborhood, the parts we saw were quite walkable and the neighbors friendly. Out back of the house is a fenced-in yard, which should make a good play-area for dogs. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable!

We really enjoyed our stay in this historic home. The apartment is so clean and modern, and had all the amenities we needed. It is also so close to Brown U. which was a big plus for us, we could walk right over to campus!

We needed a place to stay that was close to our family. Luis was very friendly and immediately responded to our request. The place was extremely clean and very comfortable. Although we didn’t get to spend much time there, It was great to have a space so close to our family. Very private and had all the amenities we needed to make it a perfect stay. Would definitely recommend and we surely would stay here again. Thanks for everything!

This place is amazing! Valerie is an amazing host she put some much thought into making the place, comfortable and welcoming. So many nice touches like fresh ground local coffee, nice soaps and lotions in all the bathroom, well equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture. Plus it's walking distant to restaurants,bars and shopping. We enjoyed just walking the neighborhood and admiring the beautiful architecture

As my first ABnB, now I’m spoiled. My wife and I had a wonderful experience and any other future ABnB will have a high bar to reach. When we are visiting the area, this ABnB will be our first choice. Clean, private and a great host made for an out of this world experience. Felt like home away from home.

Sheila was a wonderful host and was very responsive to our messages throughout our stay. The bedrooms were clean and the house had most amenities we needed. The toilet did have issues with flushing/clogging, but Sheila provided us with a plunger and was responsive to this request. We lost the heating of the shower water for one morning, but Sheila also responded to this issue for us promptly. Overall, the house was lovely, had comfortable bedrooms, and nice areas to rest with two semi-living rooms. Thank you Sheila for your kindness and attentiveness!

Host was present and flexible with our needs, especially a late check-in due to horrible holiday traffic. Communication was always easily understood and professionally worded and polite.

was a very cute place. well maintined and clean. originally i booked it for the pool, but the pool was closed. but it was so quiet and peaceful, it was still enjoyable.

Super clean and in a really convenient spot. Feels cozy, like home. The lounge and kitchen in the lobby are a nice touch—clean and fully stocked. No brainer, I’m definitely coming back!

We got married at a venue about 15 minutes away so we stayed here with our bridal party and the size was perfect. Everyone slept comfortably, we still had plenty of space. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is still close enough for us to enjoy exploring Sturbridge. Michael was responsive and honest with any question I asked!

Kate was a great host. She was very responsive to any questions we had. We look forward to rebooking with Kate in the near future
