I loved it! This place was exactly like the pictures and more. It was easy to check in and out, everything you need is included, helpful tourist information is available once you get inside. Clean and cozy, very near to the city centre, it's the perfect location. An enjoyable surprise: there is a superb jazz cd collection ready foe you to unwind and enjoy and jigsaw puzzles to keep you entertained adter a day of exploring. 100% recommended.

Amazing!!! 5/5 Property: is newly renovated and is exactly as photos. Very isolated from the main road and very very quiet. They provided everything you need for a family holiday. I just wish they have one more toilet as we always have issue with taking turn in the morning and at night. Cleanliness: the property is very clean and tidy. Location: great location. Closed to vineyards, Orange town and 10-15 mins to anywhere you want to visit. Communication: very responsive. Customer service: The Book Regional Team is amazing, very friendly and efficient. Notes to those who expect to stay at a farm and interact with the animals: the cottage is located inside a working farm so you won’t be able to interact with the animal, you do have chance to look them from afar but no more. Overall we were so happy with the property and the support we had from our host. Booking Regional Team is so far the best host that we ever had on Airbnb. Highly recommended!!!

We loved staying at Helen's place. There was plenty of room, lovely views and so many different areas to sit & enjoy the surroundings! I also loved spending one day cooking in the 1970's kitchen. Thank you Helen for sharing your home with us.

My whole family (all ages) came from many locations and we all really enjoyed the stay, friendly hosts (and pups), beautiful peaceful farm, comfortable beds, close to wineries, bush walks, watersports dam, short trip to Cowra or Orange - perfect location

A beautiful house and its surroundings perfectly suited our needs. The house was everything that my daughter and friends needed to prepare for her wedding. Andrew was very accommodating.

What a great spot! Our doggos loved all the space outside. Christine responded quickly to any questions we had. The location was also lovely.

Beautiful quiet country cottage. Only noise was the neighbours donkey, which we loved. Quirky decor gives a great feel to the place. Close to Canowindra and Cowra for day trips. Japanese Gardens at Cowra definitely worth a look. Recommended.

What can I say, thank you Lisa for sharing your lovely home. We were a family group visiting Orange for a few days. It has a well stocked kitchen in fact 2 of a lot of things like toasters and coffee machines which is very handy for a large group. It also has a butlers pantry which is great for keeping the kitchen tidy. Lisa’s home not only has a great pool but a separate backyard as well, which was great for the kids Lisa was extremely easy to work with she always responded in a timely manner when asked questions and was very flexible. I could recommend this home and Lisa as a host to any group staying in the Orange area. Thanks once again Lisa

Great home with plenty of yard to move about. Nice outside areas and big rooms inside . Pool was great for a swim. In the photos of the kitchen, it doesn’t show that there is also a modern gas cooktop and fan forced oven, which is convenient for making meals . Very nice stay.

Beautiful place with personal touches in the guest house, which was so lovely. Gorgeous host and incredible property. Was so lovely and peaceful and Melanie was so accommodating and friendly. Loved my stay despite weather. Super cozy.

Charming Rural retreat with delightful farm animals. We recently had the pleasure of staying Matt and Ashley’ enchanting house, tucked away in serene countryside. Our kids were absolutely thrilled to interact with friendly goats, sheeps, chickens and turkeys. The accomodation was charming and had everything we wanted. Ashley and Matt were very friendly and always helpful. We are looking forward to come back to this beautiful place soon.

Duncan’s place was perfect for our visit to the central west over Xmas. The old shed has been converted to a lovely place to stay. Really welcoming, the place was clean, tidy and with a delicious box of chocolates waiting for us. Beautiful views and our dog really enjoyed it.

We stayed for one night on a stopover - superb outdoor bbq and garden space and great kitchen. Clean and comfortable bedrooms. Overall had a great stay and would come back if I am in the area!

This place is like a theme park A time travellers delight It is niche but if you want a piece of living history then you don’t go past the homestead Yes, its a bit dusty- but then so is history Seriously a grand experience Tied it in with the Elvis fest in Parkes and could not have been happier The host was super helpful and really clear With communications . Just so much fun

The place was very clean and felt like it was newly renovated. Great place to stay, I loved that it is pet friendly, and would love to go back if I’m ever in the area.

The property perfectly suited our family stay and was actually a little more spacious than the photos suggest. As a pet friendly option it had a lovely yard for the family dog.

We loved our stay at Karimi House, and Timmy was a fantastic host. We chose this accommodation to have our family together for my mum's funeral, and it was perfect for such a difficult time. The house was excellent for kids, providing plenty of toys and games, with the games room being a huge hit. What stood out were the thoughtful extras that most Airbnbs don’t provide—garbage bags, dish liquid, washing powder, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner—all of which made our stay so much easier. The outdoor area was fantastic, and being able to bring our dogs made the family time even more special. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The only small challenges were finding the key box on arrival and locating the patio light switch, but these were minor compared to the positives. Overall, Karimi House was a wonderful choice for our family, and we’d highly recommend it. Thank you, Timmy, for helping make our stay so comfortable and memorable!
