What a special place! As others have said, it’s not for the faint hearted in the colder months, so take lots of layers for the night time when the wood burner has died down. Hot water bottles were provided which was great, as well as lots of blankets. When the fire is going it’s super toasty though! We took extra lanterns which we found helpful, and a motion sensor light for inside the toilet. The yurt itself was beautiful, comfy beds, wonderful walks around the farm & fabulous cafe & staff were really friendly & lovely. Ben came to help us out with the bbq within minutes on the first night which we really appreciated. The shower block was immaculate& super warm. It was wonderful to see such a great community project & the children loved all of the animals & garden. We all had an incredible time and the kids (aged 5-8) all declared that they now want to live there ❤️

What a wonderful stay we had at Jo’s yurt. From the clear instructions about how to arrive to the fabulous location we’ve had a really fantastic couple of days. The yurt itself is spacious and incredibly warm (we stayed in October but the fire keeps it incredibly toasty). The hot-tub is a lovely addition and is a great way to spend an evening. Give it plenty of time to warm up and it’s perfect, admiring the views and the clear night sky (if you’re lucky). The location is fantastic with lots to do nearby. We headed to Llandudno for a day and also to Bodnant gardens to take in the beautiful scenery but there seems to be loads to do nearby. Overall, a truly amazing couple of nights and we’re all looking forward to coming back again.

Wonderful yurts in a little slice of Welsh heaven. Set in the valley these wonderful yurts are well equipped and very very comfortable. Little woodburners inside for chilly nights, firepits outside for roasting marshmellows. Merlins bus, which was converted into the kitchen/diner is great for cooking meals. We enjoyed gorgeous walks in the area or a trip to the beach at Aberdovey. Frances is amazing and is very caring towards her guests. Its a wonderful place to come to get away from it all. Really great for young kids too. Great for them to explore the woods and collect firewood etc. We’ve been coming for around 8 yrs and have loved it everytime.

This resort suitable for both the family and couples and it's very nice place to stay with peaceful environment.

Fabulous setting, had weather been better we could have made more of the deck and the woodland but a lovely spot and great amenities.

We absolutely loved staying in the blissful surroundings of Annie’s land. It was the perfect place to reset with views, fires, comfort and everything we needed for our stay. The log burner and cosy bed kept us warm (once we worked out the vent 😂) and we had so much wholesome fun watching the skies and doing a puzzle. There was some sheep on the field next to us but the space is well fenced and we had no issues with our puppy Enzo - he absolutely loved roaming the space and playing on the grass. We certainly appreciated the warm water on colder days too! The views from the shower were amazing. From sunrises to sunsets to stars and planets - we had the best time seeing all the beauty nature had to offer. Plenty of walks in walking or driving distance too. We didn’t see a soul the whole time either which was lovely and peaceful/private. Ed was a great responsive host and even let us know the yurt was ready a little bit before checkin. Can’t wait to stay again!

The Water yurt location is great, right near the stream. Water sound is so soothing there. Away from noise of city life. Right what we wanted in holidays. Had lovely stay there, a suggestion : If kitchenette can be a closed one with a sheet doors or something like that as too windy and gas on stove was blowing away while cooking. Otherwise it was a lovely stay. Log burner was already burning when we checked in that was a lovely gesture Thankyou

Lovely stay for those wanting an easier camping experience than pitching and taking down a tent. Private toilet facilities only for yurt guests are a huge positive and were spotless! The site has a food van serving breakfast and burgers at night. Would recommend bringing an extra portable light or too as the bedside lamps are the only lighting. I felt the price was quite steep as have stayed in other yurts before for similar cost that have had more amenities inside (cooking facilities,wood fire, lighting sofa etc) however this seems to be the only of its kind in the area so understandable! Would stay again if in the area!

We had a great couple of nights at the Yurt and we especially enjoyed the cosy fire and the incredible hot tub. All the small details were thought about, like sliders and ropes for the hot tub. I would highly recommend staying here to get a couple of days off grid in a tranquil setting with great views. Can't fault Donna, she was a great host!

This was booked as a last minute getaway with my partner and we honestly loved it so much. Sara was quick to answer any question we had - not that we had many as the instructions are already straightforward. It was possibly the best getaway we have had, for it was extremely peaceful and quiet whilst being set in beautiful surroundings. With it being so remote, the views at night were out of this world - pardon the pun - and if we could we would've stayed for longer.

If you're thinking about booking Louise's yurt then hurry up and do it!! It's a rural delight not to be missed. We loved the sound of rain on the roof and the cows in the morning. We can heartily recommend that you visit to have the great experience we did. Thank you Louise and Anthony.

Amazing stay, beautiful views, shower is excellent, yurt very warm with the fire on and very cosy, love the fairy lights at night, be aware it is near a semi main road so if you are a light sleeper it may be an issue as it woke me up in early morning and the access is quite tight for a large car

Had a wonderful stay at Sally and Pete's place. It's perfect for a hideaway. Sally and Pete are very helpful and responsive on everything we need and were so nice to give us personalised recommendations.

Had a Fantastic stay at Nathan’s yurt. It is very ‘back to basics’ and exactly what I was looking for to disconnect from the world for a few days and have real peace.

Had a great stay in Gwenan’s yurt, it’s got really well thought out features like the kitchen which has a proper dining area and the view from the decking is amazing, it could be improved further with a better shower as that was hit and miss and also the access for cars could be made better as it’s very steep and narrow

Great place to relax and enjoy quiet time. There’s no tv, Wi-Fi, or phone connection, which is a perfect to live in the moment. The was a nice selection of food necessities which wasn’t mentioned in the description. The owners provided great hospitality! They were great and friendly! Highly recommend! Many thanks 🙏

The Traeth Yurt is beautiful and cosy, tucked away in the hedgerows with beautiful views and easy access to the shower block. We loved staying in this peaceful spot, particularly the Dark Skies area, the stars were incredible. The bistro has a lovely atmosphere and great food :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at a beautiful Airbnb in the Welsh hills, where we stayed in a cozy yurt. The setting was nothing short of magical, surrounded by stunning natural scenery that really helped us unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. My children were especially thrilled with the chickens, who were a big hit during our stay—they loved feeding them and watching them roam around. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, offering help and local recommendations whenever we needed them. Their warmth and hospitality truly made our experience memorable. Whether it was ensuring we were comfortable or offering a bit of advice on local hikes, they were always ready to lend a hand. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with a touch of adventure for the kids and a welcoming atmosphere, I can’t recommend this stay enough. It’s a perfect mix of nature, comfort, and warm hospitality.

Elizabeth was super friendly and helpful! Felt really easy to talk to! The place was just dreamy, so strongly recommend it! I would definitely be meeting the warm and welcoming Elizabeth again!

I have been back to this location many times now to hold my 'Return To Nature' retreat with groups from London and other parts of the UK. The place never fails to deliver. Winter, Spring, Summer or Autumn the land is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to in the UK. Aside from the setting, it is always an absolute pleasure to see and catch up with Shayne and Nathan who are becoming dear friends and have infused the place with LOVE which is immediately felt by anyone present. I'll be back again a few more times this year and cannot speak highly enough of the place for a reset and to reconnect to your souls authenticity. Experiences there have changed my life and the lives of many others who have come along. This is a huge statement but it's true. Until the next time!

A little slice of paradise :) If you want to wind down and get away from the world this is the place to go . Set in a beautiful forest with owls tooting in the night, it’s a wonderful place to be . Great hosts and brilliants amenities . We will be back !!

The most perfect retreat for our large family. The yurt and garden are just as described and was a perfect get away.
