A great place to stay for a weekend away or holiday with extended family or 2 or 3 families. Lots of space. Very quiet and peaceful location.

I could not recommend Josie’s property enough. It was absolutely amazing. The most beautiful home with the most incredible view that doesn’t get old. We could have stayed there for weeks! Perfect location and very private, the extras for example bean bags out the back, hammock, outdoor shower, balcony and the lake was just perfect. Bed was comfortable and great bathroom. Josie was a great host and couldn’t recommend enough. Would love to come back soon

Our holiday at Helen's lakeside property was absolutely fantastic! The location could not have been more perfect, right in front of a serene lake with picture-perfect scenery. The view from the property was breathtaking, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and memorable stay. The spacious outdoor deck allowed us to fully enjoy the natural beauty around us, whether we were having meals, playing games, or simply soaking in the view. Inside, the house was just as impressive—spacious, immaculate, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that Helen has taken great care in maintaining the property, and it made our family feel right at home. What made this holiday even more special was the fact that it was a multi-generational trip with our children and grandchildren. The house was beautiful and very accommodating for our family. Jeff and Ilana are great hosts and vey quick to respond to requests and questions, access and directions to the house was clearly explained, and the house itself was exactly what is described in the profile. The location is so peaceful and picturesque, the place was clean and a lot of basic pantry needs provided. We especially loved the outdoor area. The day bed on the back deck, kayaks, fishing off the jetty and enjoying a fire by the river at night were definitely stand out elements of this property.

Anneke's home is the perfect place for a family or for a group of friends wanting to have a lovely relaxing break. The house is well equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. From the well appointed kitchen, comfy living and bedrooms to all the items needed for activities on land and in the creek. Games, toys, SUPs , kayaks, pool noodles, bikes, sport sets and the list goes on. With shops, pizza and tavern across the road and town a short walk away, Anneke's house ticks all the boxes.

We had a great stay at Mark and Sandra’s place. The house is very nice and spacious. The description, photos and amenities in the listing are accurate. The kitchen was amazing, there were plenty of pots and pans and kitchen stuff so we had no issues when we prepared our meals. Their place has a very homey ambience. Mark has been very responsive to queries and concerns. We had an issue with the screen door during check in but Mark was able to sort it out asap. We had a very nice stay at their place. We highly recommend their place. Thank you Mark and Sandra for being great hosts!

Greatly enjoyed our time at the lake house, Beautiful surroundings right on the lake with an amazing view. And it’s also close to surrounding beaches. The house is stunning, perfect for a family get away with it’s separated spaces. Anna was a very responsive and helpful host. Would stay again :)

We loved our stay at Lemon Tree Cottage. This gem is not only comfortable, clean and new, but Julie is a fantastic host. The cottage had everything we needed and more! It is so well stocked and Julie has been very thoughtful in what is provided to guests. We really enjoyed how peaceful the area is and we loved enjoying a delicious coffee in the backyard. I can’t fault a single aspect of our stay and we hope to visit again soon. Thank you so much Julie!

Wonderful stay in the country! The cottage was spacious, extremely well-appointed, comfortable and quiet. The perfect spot to get away from the hustle and bustle. Anna and Rob are warm, communicative, and genuine people, who extend country hospitality to their guests. They've set the bar high, and we were really impressed with what they've created at Killarney Cottage. Thank you for having us!

We stayed at Bec’s while attending a sailing regatta up the road. Close to Toronto which was convenient but it was so lovely coming home to the cottage in the evenings. Beautifully furnished with all appliances needed, friendly and helpful host and great location. Perfect peaceful hideaway for two. It was very difficult to drag ourselves from the lovely balcony overlooking the lake. Thanks for a great stay!!

We had an amazing stay at Riverdance in Nabiac! It’s the perfect place for nature lovers, surrounded by the soothing sounds of birds from morning till evening. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. Kerrie, the co-host, surprised us with a delicious homemade cake for our anniversary, which made our stay even more special. Eamonn was incredibly helpful—he set up the firewood for us, guided us around the property, and made sure we had everything we needed. The property itself is a paradise for animal lovers. They have the cutest dogs, playful goats (including an adorable baby goat!), and a beautiful horse. Guests are welcome to feed them, which was such a lovely experience. Everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay is provided. With breathtaking views, kind-hearted hosts, and the beauty of nature all around, Riverdance is truly a hidden gem. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!!

We had an amazing stay! The view is stunning from the deck where we spent most of our time. Had a refreshing swim off the private jetty. The fire pit was so much fun. The cottage was cozy and clean with fly screens to keep the mozzies out. It had everything we needed for the weekend. Howard was a very helpful host and arranged a cot and high chair for our baby. Anns place is so stunning! The lake is the highlight and our kids absolutely loved the kayaks, feeding the cows, petting the dog and the house itself is roomy and perfect for entertaining. We had a lovely stay at this waterfront property. The views were stunning and the little touches, like a bottle of wine on arrival, were a nice addition. The host was friendly and accommodating making sure we had everything we needed. It’s a great spot for a relaxing getaway and we’d happily stay again!

This place is fantastic. Spectacular views, everything you need and really appreciate the larder basics that Christian and family provide, resort facilities great fun with kids and plenty to do both at Eaglereach and beyond. We hope to stay again some day. Thanks!

Bonnie’s place is magic. The property is beautifully kept and the fact you’re right on the creek is bliss. Highly recommend , will be spending more time there again.

Jenny’s place was absolutely wonderful. It was just a 2 min walk to the beach and 5 mins to the shops so super convenient. The beach was quiet even on a 27 degree Sunday and great for dog walking in the morning. The garden was fully fenced so very pet friendly and very relaxing to sit in. Both the queen bed and the sofa bed were extremely comfortable. The house had everything needed for a great stay including a range of kids toys. I would highly recommend Jenny’s place.

The Cabin was so comfortable and in a great location. Liz and Larry have the place set up with everything you could need. I wish we had been able to stay longer!!

Fantastic location, peaceful and ideal to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city!! The boat ride to the accommodation is brilliant and Colin is happy to give his knowledge of the area. Cost of boat transfer needs to be factored into your budget when booking ($150 return) but all in all the money is very well spent on this accommodation.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Acute Abode. It exceeded our expectations, truly one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. It looks exactly like the photos (if not better) and the property is incredibly peaceful and quiet.

I recently stayed at Chris’ property, and it was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into making the space both comfortable and welcoming. Loved it.

The accommodation itself was immaculate and beautifully presented, with thoughtful details that went above and beyond. Everything we could have possibly needed—and even things we didn’t realize we did—was thoughtfully provided. It truly felt like a home away from home. This perfect retreat offered us both relaxation and connection with nature, and we were genuinely sad to leave. We can’t recommend this wonderful place enough and look forward to returning again in the future.
