The house was great, location was perfect right on the water. We used the Kayaks everyday to snorkel right out front of the house! The sunrise and sunset views from the backyard were amazing!! Location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown for privacy but within a short drive when you wanted to be downtown!! Would definitely stay again!

The cottage is located just behind the US Embassy on a private street with around the clock security, so I felt very safe. The cottage itself was very comfortable and relaxing. It's only about a 8 minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants on the beach. The Fish Fry area is a little over a mile away, but you can take the bus for 1.50. The two restaurants we tried there, Goldie's and Oh' Andros weren't very good. I was very disappointed with my overall experience with the restaurants in the area. My savior was the McDonald's just down the street from the cottage. This was my first time in the Bahamas and more than likely my last. The beach was beautiful, but I'm from South Florida...

Welcome to Paradise! This home has the most beautiful views and accommodations. Our family had a wonderful time relaxing by the beautiful pool and walking the quiet beach! Robbie and Rosalie were the best hosts. Their communication was great. They responded in a very timely manner; typically within minutes. We highly recommend this beautiful home for your next family vacation!

Isaac and Lonah were amazing! They were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Thanks to Isaac’s recommendations, my boyfriend and I were able to explore almost all of the island! Our favorite recommendation that Isaac gave us was the pig island excursion. It is a MUST! The house we stayed in was very clean and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay more relaxing. Everything was at a walkable distance which helped a lot given that they drive on the left side of the road which is not what we’re used to lol. However, if need be for a taxi we 100% recommend Big Mama!! She was absolutely amazing as well and knew the island inside and out. She gave us local recommendations and history about the island as well which was nice to learn about. She is very well known and respected on the island so we highly recommend her services! Overall 20/10 stay and we will most definitely be back. Thank you Isaac, Lonah, and Big Mama!!! <3

We had a fantastic stay! The house had everything we needed. Our hosts communicated everything very clearly, answered all of our questions, check-in was easy! The house was comfortable (everything was well labeled, not hard to find anything). And the VIEWS. We spent most of our time out on the dock taking everything in. The place is conveniently only about ten minutes from the airport. Would absolutely stay again. Can't recommend enough!

Our family of 4 was extremely comfortable in Tineka's home! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to prepare meals; high end appliances were appreciated. The pool was beautiful and we used the grill area for dinner one night. The private, small beach was perfect to snorkel and swim. There is a condo building being built 2 buildings down so there was some construction noise, but nothing major or too disruptive. We walked to the Baha Mar one day to enjoy the water park and had a lovely lunch at Marcus. We walked to Meze Grill one night for an excellent dinner. Monique was our taxi driver that transported us to and from the airport; she also coordinated a ride for us when she was busy so we could get to Paradise Island for a half day boat tour. Went with Captain Stafford through 4WindsTours, highly recommend. Tineka was always available via phone/text, amazing host!! Met us at the condo to explain everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend!

Lavelle’s Cottage was amazing! Such a neat & unique spot which truly offered an authentic island vibe/experience. The yard was vibrant with beautiful plants and palm trees. The outside deck was lovely for enjoying the pretty views and watching the sunrise each morning. The cottage was very clean and well equipped. The interior layout as well furniture were both tastefully designed and very comfortable! Would certainly recommend Lavelle’s cottage to anyone visiting the beautiful island of Nassau 🇧🇸

Derricks place was an amazing stay. Tranquil, peaceful, beautiful view, ocean water steps out the back door. Turtles and manta rays at night. Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. 10/10 recommend

We have been to this condo complex 3 times, and we will be back. This is the first time we’ve stayed at Brianne’s place, and it was perfect and has everything you would need. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were spotless, and the beach was breathtaking! We will be back again!
