We had a fantastic stay. Monsoon added its magic to the views from all balconies. Reliance Smart point came very handy for fresh groceries every day. Also, Blinkit and BB delivered to door steps. Very spacious apartment. Daily cleaning provided by the owners. We used Uber Ola for our commute throughout. Overall a home away from home.

Had a fantastic stay at this well-maintained 3BHK flat in Rishikesh! It was spacious, fully equipped with all amenities, and had a great kitchen. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Triveni Ghat, making it ideal for peaceful evenings. The host was helpful and made the stay seamless. I highly recommend this place to everyone. It was totally worth staying here!!

Great place, you feel right at home with your family, for those who live in apartment style homes. Nice mountain views from all rooms, good food and nice big confectionery store right next to the property is very convenient.

I enjoyed my stay at Aavya and appreciated the warm hospitality of the entire team. Aavya was so much more than just a place to stay. From the pottery classes, cooking classes, garden and open spaces it felt more communal and homely. Divya, Shivanya, the cook and entire team were always so friendly, welcoming and helpful! The hosts were super communicative and made it so easy to arrive. It was tucked away in upper tapovan with beautiful views. The rainfall shower was great as plenty of warm water after my long trip! The food was excellent and very well priced. It was within walking distances to other cafes in case one wants a variety. Thank you Aavya team!

Our stay was very good. We were attending a yoga intensive near the taxi stand and the apartment was just a 10 mins walk. The room is silent, very clean and the materass very comfortable. Poonam and her colleague are wonderful and the food delicious ! We will come back!

The host, Asutosh is extremely friendly and his hospitality was tad homely. He even left us miny perks in his fridge. The place is well organised and is pretty specious. Can easily accommodate 6 people. I have recommended the cloth stand and he immediately considered it. I will rate 4 considering the weather . Place is near to local hotspots. Can easily recommend to other people. However, please keep a tab on the weather.

This place was a home away from home for us in all words and senses. We enjoyed our stay as it had all the listed amenities and provided us a home-like comfort, where we could cook, work from home and stay in a tranquil yet easy to access area. Akhilesh has been super helpful as a host, his clear instruction through a detailed manual, responsiveness via texts, and curation of his place, all are top notch. We would love to come here again and stay for a longer duration. I would highly recommend this place for longer stays.

It was a pleasant stay, the property felt just right at home, easy to reach and hassle-free checkin. The property was just like the photos, and had all the mentioned amenities. This homestay is amazing! The room had everything we needed and an incredible view as well. We sat on the balcony and watched the river go by. There is also a place very near where you can bathe in the Ganga. It was a deeply relaxing experience. But what makes this home stay shine is Shiv and his family. We immediately felt at home. Shiv’s wife and daughter are wonderful cooks. We loved every meal. Shiv’s son took us around Uttarkashi Introducing us to the many beautiful temples within the town. It was magical. Shiv helped us organize taxi’s and anything else we needed. Truly a gem!!!

I'm very happy that I choose this place to stay. The host was so responsive everytime even I came late night. The caretaker Pooja took great care of us she cooked food Accordingly of my choice. The place is peaceful all greenery with all facilities available.

very nice place to stay . Loved the place I just faced one problem that in the room no 5, the water tank is on the roof and it fill the water automatically, it is annoying because even if 100 ml of water is drained motor starts and the noise irritates
