Very clean and comfortable, I was able to prepare a dinner and have some of my children over to visit. A nice place to spend a few days.

This worked out great for us because of our group size! Close to a lake park with fishing and climb on pirate ship for kids to play at the playground. My bed was comfortable and the neighbor how was great for a walk.

We absolutely loved our time at the beach house! It was a perfect spot to relax and unwind after our long drive over the previous two weeks. We enjoyed paddling in the bay and saw lots of wildlife! Nearby Tonsina Creek trail is also gorgeous. It was lovely to be a little bit outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Seward, but easy to get to all the best restaurants and activities in town! This was a clean and comfortable place to stay. There was a nice, full kitchen and a nice bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and a nice temperature for sleeping. The TV was easy to use. We were really only in the place for sleeping as we had a busy schedule in Anchorage and it was perfect for that.

Great place to stay. Safe, quiet neighborhood close to shopping and activities in south Anchorage. The location also makes for a shorter drive heading southbound to Girdwood or other locations. Very spacious, modern and well-appointed on the inside. The host was friendly and immediately responsive to making some recommended improvements.

This Airbnb was simply perfect. Well appointed, spacious, with a nice back deck overlooking a small area of water (the bird watching was awesome). The 3 bathrooms are all equipped with bidet toilets and the beds were so very comfortable. Sharon was the best hostess - very communicative and polite. I wish we had stayed at Sharon’s the entire time we were in Alaska instead of breaking up our stay at two different airbnbs. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine-in. You will surely love this Airbnb.
